Dr. Sniff is amazing with my 17 yo daughter. She takes times to listen to and understand her. We have tried many drs, counselors and therapists, and none have been a good fit for my daughter until we found Dr Sniff.

The doctor and staff are very difficult to work with and been from the beginning. To even get an appointment with the doctor, you have to send over prior medical forms and pay your co-pay. The assistant is very snotty. Overall I do not find that the doctor truly cares about her patients. They will force you to pay a $50 no show fee if you are 10 minutes late and have you reschedule.

Actually listens to what I'm saying, unlike previous providers. Works with me to make sure I'm moving forward on what I want to work on, and manages my prescriptions better than anyone I've seen previously. Her assistant is awesome as well. I'm very glad I called Dr. Sniff.

I have been seeing dr. Sniff for several months. She is without a doubt, the best psychiatrist I have ever has. She always takes the time to listen and really tries to find the best course of action for me. Her current receptionist is also friendly and very competent. Dr. sniff really is amazing.

My son and I have been seeing Dr. Sniff for approximately two years now. She was recommended to us by a behavior specialist to work with my son's ADHD and anxiety. She also sees me for anxiety. She has always taken time to talk to me and my son and I love that her appointment times are longer than most psychiatrists offer for the money. She is very fair in price. We were self pay for a long time and it didn't break my bank! She has been great about responding to medication refill requests and getting documents I need! I would recommend her to anyone who wants a psychiatrist who makes them feel open to talking. I also have to say I appreciate the office staff!

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude. The phone was breaking up and when I asked if she could hear me her answer was “yea...” and then nothing else. Silence. She didn’t ask me if she could help me, her attitude was that of someone who was very annoyed. I asked her if I could make an appointment and she said they wouldn’t have anything available for two months. I told her it would be an emergency by then and her response was “okay.” If this is the type of experience that I would get in this office, I would never ever trust the care I would receive here.

She is horrible. When I needed her the most, she would not see me. I got lost on the way to her office and panicked. I was late to my appointment, got pulled over by a cop, and had an anxiety attack. After the officer helped me to find her office (no ticket by a very helpful and calming officer), this "professional" told me to make another appointment. She would not be seeing me. I explained what happened. She didn't care. She wanted her $$$.

Dr. Sniff was great, she was just what I would want in a psychiatrist. She was very intelligible, and it felt like she really cared, and really payed attention to everything that was said. I would recommend her to anyone!

I had my first, and last, appointment with Dr. Sniff. The front-desk assistant was lovely and friendly (don't know who one of the other reviewers was talking about), but I found Dr. Sniff to be rather cold and impersonal. I had already gone into the appointment committed to sharing a lot because I knew counselling was something I needed to do, but past a certain point I found it difficult to talk to her. She was certainly interested in what I had to say, but did not seem sympathetic, and made it very clear that she did not want me as a patient by the end of it because I wouldn't agree to take any medication (for a generalized mood disorder). I don't doubt that her particular style is very beneficial and helpful to others, but it is the exact opposite of what I need right now. She was kind enough to refer me to other counselors and psychologists in the area.
