I've had nothing but good service from this place. To address some of the previous complaints, yes, you sit and wait in a waiting room for hours sometimes but that is explained when you're told to come in; yes, you get charged a missed appointment fee if you don't show up or cancel just before your appointment, this is discussed in the paperwork. What is important is that they understand what's going on, encourage you to bring a family member and they explain things to them from your point of view, they help you realize that it's not your fault you feel this way, they provide you with recommendations, medication or counseling to help you with your concerns. They do everything they say they are going to do. Honestly, I am just glad they were able to see me the next day when I needed while all other doctors in the area were booking weeks and months out.

I have tried setting up an appointment w. them multiple times w. absolutely no luck. The first time, I was hung up on. The second, I was told by the receptionist that she would call me back. She never did. I have left multiple voicemails w. absolutely no contact in return. If you need any help, this is NOT the place to try and get it.

This practice will share your private in-session info with groups of people ( agencies?) that follow you around and keep track of you. You don't have to be a criminal to have info shared about you to and from authorities. Its Dr. patient treatment using crime detection tools. Nightmare! He just looks away and giggles when u inquire.

If you are trying to get off of an opiate - read this below. I have a family member that has been prescribed suboxone and Adderall (yes, what a cocktail) by Dr Saeed for years. I am not sure how many years - but over 5 years and no more than 10. He is now trying to get detoxed and it is worse than the pain pill addiction withdrawals he first went to Dr Saeed for. Suboxone, once thought to be a miracle drug to treat opiate addiction, is actually causing an epidemic in it’s own right. Suboxone is a mixture of buprenorphine (a semi-synthetic opioid) and naloxone (an opiate blocker) and has seemingly become overprescribed by medical professionals to an uninformed patient population. Available in the United States since 2003, studies demonstrate that the drug was originally approved by the FDA to be used as a medicine to aid opiate addicted patients that were going through the painful effects of opiate withdrawal. The use of the drug was meant to treat opiate addiction patients in the privacy of a doctor’s office to help opiate-addicted patients overcome addiction* . However, it seems clear many professionals started to see the financial benefits of prescribing Suboxone as a maintenance drug (similar to how methadone has been prescribed for years.) Because of this, many patients have been on a Suboxone maintenance program for many years, some as long 10 plus years.

Dr. Saed has been amazing from the start. They offer a convienant online check in that will alert you when you are ready to be seen that has made my appointments flexible with my crazy hours at work. I am a veteran who has dealt with VA and Dr. saed has really taken the time to look at me as a person and not just a number. I highly reccomend him to anyone who wants true compassion and professional care.

Terrible and unprofessional service. First visit I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. After setting up my 2nd appointment, I was called and asked to reschedule a few days later. I work shift work and its difficult, but I did so. Unfortunately I had to work Overtime and called to cancel 48 hours in advance. I was still charged $35. After making the appointment for the following Monday, I was asked to show anytime between 3pm and 7pm. The Dr doesnt have actual appointment times so those are the hours you must come in. They have no morning hour appointments for some reason. Upon arriving at 3 to beat the crowd, I was told the Dr wont be in until 4:30 at the earliest. They could have given me and everyone else a courtesy call to advise the patients that were set for that days appointments. They didnt. When I complained that I didnt have time to wait, I was simply told, "Sorry." The receptionist then told me that if I didnt come back in to see him at 4:30 I would be charged $50 for a missed appointment!!! Thats ludicrous!! Do yourself a favor and find a more professional Dr that sets real appointments and is punctual.

Currently i don't know what to review this facility at. My daughter was treated by the doctor there in a hospital. He put her on heavy amounts of psychic drugs. He told her that we could use him for follow up visits. I have called several times and i always get a voicemail, that promises within 24 hours they will call back. I still have not got a call back. She is worse on this medication than before she went in. Im seriously concerned and more concerned that the doctor won't call back Do i need to go there and make a scene?

Wait time is terrible but I love this doctor. I talked to him for a long time because I didn't want any drugs and we talked it out. I had not been able to leave my home since my husband committed suicide and after talking with him I have been able to resume my life with no drugs. Dr. Saeed is so easy to talk to and kind that you just spill out your life to him. I suggest him to anyone who is trying to get over a great loss in their life...

Don’t waste your time going here customer service is worse I’ve ever encountered. I should have had a red flag when I filled form out and no one ever called me back , but went ahead and called to schedule approintment for my son. I show up and lady at front desk said sorry doctor isn’t here he’s out of town. So needless to say I was highly upset didn’t receive any phone call canceling appointment or rescheduling. I took my son out of school and missed work for appointment. What made things worse was the attitude from the front desk lady when I told her how I was upset no one bothered to call me.

The waiting is awful and the staff worst. I was high risk pregnant and I had to wait more than two hours. After one of the resident dr saw my son , he told me to go back to the waiting room and wait for my son's real doctor. I said no way I was high risk pregnancy. I explained the doctor what happened and he instructed the staff when my son has a future appointment, do not let me wait due to my condition. Guess what the staff did not care , did not follow doctor's instruction. For that reason we never went back to that office.

I'm trying very hard to be open minded about this place as today is my first appointment which was at 10. I arrive at 945 and start my new patient t paperwork. When I give my papers to the receptionist, she tells me that due to my medication history it's be best if I was seen by the doctor who doesn't arrive until 3! Obviously this is very frustrating because I took the morning off to complete this appointment. And what I don't understand is why did they schedule me at 10 if the doctor wasn't going to be there until 3 anyway? Anyway, I call my manager and explain the situation and bless his soul he just gives me the day off which prevented a lot of unnecessary driving as I work in Baytown and the appointment is in League City. So, I get here at 3 and about 10 minutes in the receptionist tells me the that the doctor is running late due to weather and wont arrive till 4! 4! I am so very frustrated, but desperately trying to keep my cool as I need to complete this appointment. I just hope I get seen in time to pick up my son from daycare which closes at 6. I don't really know what to think of this place as I haven't even been seen yet, but their time management is AWFUL. I hope their customer service makes up for this trying day. REVISION once I finally saw the doctors they were very apologetic and welcoming. I felt immediately at ease and felt as if they were genuinely interested in me. The wait was almost unbearable, but the courteous staff and doctors made up for it so thank you!
