I've been seeing Huey for about 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I transferred from another physician, who had incorrectly diagnosed my psychological disorder and treated me for some time. Dr. Huey helped to correct my medications to treat the correct diagnosis. She is knowledgeable and it doesn't hurt that she has a good sense of humor too!

Dr. Huey is the best psychiatrist I have ever been to. I have been to more psychiatrists than I can even count. First of all, Dr. Huey does NOT treat children. I was in a deep depression for over 20 years and saw many psychiatrists that could not help me. Dr. Huey pulled me put of that very dark place that I had been in for a long time. I have never felt better in my life! It didn't happen overnight, but it happened! Dr. Huey is kind and warm. She treats her patients with respect and takes her time with each patient. I have never felt rushed. I have been seeing her for many years. Her office staff is wonderful as well. I would recommend Dr. Huey to anyone that needed a good psychiatrist.

Sherry Huey may be good but they are the worst doctor's visit I have had in 25 YEARS! I paid $375.00 for a refill on a first visit. There was no evaluation and the lady Nereen who is training under Sherry wasted the whole time trying to verify my meds thru a pharmacy. The best part was she LIED to my face about how law prevents her from refilling one of my meds. And the best part was after I told her she was incorrect she LIED AGAIN!! What patient would go back to a doctor who lied and refused to admit it? Cost 375.00 to get no evaluation and to get lied to twice. What a joke and where is the integrity in that office? Sherry make an inquiry, call me to find out what happened or maybe you just don't care cause the bill was paid. Concerning but highly laughable considering the lack of ethics for professionals.

If you want some consistency with a physiatrist go to Dr. Huey. Constantly late with appointments, constantly forgetting crucial details, and constantly overbooking patients. Never changes.

Dr. Huey has an amazing mind, takes good care of me and everyone there is also caring, thoughtful and kind. She also treats my closest family member. This speaks volumes. These comments are based on years of treatment. Don't get the wrong idea and wonder why I still require help if this Doctor is so special, I have a permanent condition (trying to remain vague as this the internet!).
