Dr. Ly is a great doctor! He always makes himself accessible every time I need him which in my case has been a lot! I cannot say enough good things about him. He is smart, caring, patient, and efficient. He offers phone support, easy to make appointments, with very minimal wait time. It's been a long road for me, but we are finally on track with my medication and I am so happy to have him as my doctor!

I love and trust Dr Ly and his awesome staff. I would recommend anyone I love to him. He's so kind, warm and funny in a professional way. When I get to the office after a day of running around, I look forward to sitting in his office with my child because I instantly feel calm. Thank You Dr Ly and staff.

I really appreciate Dr. Ly and all that he has done for me to help get my mind right! He is very easy to talk to and appointments are short and sweet. However, the office staff is pretty horrible. None of them have every been friendly with me. I have actually heard them talking about another patient loudly, making jokes where the whole waiting room could here. Very unprofessional. If Doctor Ly wasn’t so great I wouldn’t have continued to come back because of the front desk staff.

If you can't trust them about money, why would you trust with your health? Horrible office...He blames office, office says doctor. 5 years ago i told Dr. Ly didn't even have appointment on those days they charged missed fees. Was going to see again today...they wanted twice as much like now or arrange payments!! For totally unfounded charges!

Highly recommend! Dr. Ly is at the same time very professional and fun loving. It is hard to find a doctor who you can connect with and have all appointments stress free. It's easy to make appointments and wait time is minimal. Thank you Dr. Ly!

This review is specific to the receptionist who created the message for this office. While your message is informational, there are so many “do nots” and it seems you do not want to be bothered. A more caring time would better represent the caring demeanor of the doctors.

Unfortunately, the reviews where people got in quickly did not work for me. I called for a new patient appointment and was told he is booked out until October! That's unfortunate as I was really looking forward to seeing if he could possibly help our situation.

I just think it is heartless to ban a new patient for missing their first appointment especially when they show up late because they though their appointment was at a different time. Obviously they have mental problems and this will devistate them. They might be good shrinks but we will never know. Don't be later to your first appointment or you will never know either!

Dr. Ly has helped my family tremendously. We are so thankful for him, and his expertise. He listens -- really listens. His appointments are quick, however I have never felt rushed. He is patient, kind, sincere, professional, and appears to be very concerned about all his patients. Whenever we call the office to leave him a message, he calls us back personally that same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Update!!! I saw dr LY today and he was absolutely amazing!! Thank you!! I saw Dr. Wassef today and waited almost an hour to see him only to get go home do your research on these medications and reschedule in a week to tell me which one you want to try. Good way to double charge my insurance and get a second co pay. I’m only giving this place 2 stars because it’s not all doctors in this clinics fault and I’ve heard good things about this place. My experience was just terrible

Dr. Peter Ly is the best in the area in his field of expertise. Aside from his impressive background as already noted on this website, I can tell from our first appointment that he is very attentive to the needs of his patients. He took his time and really listened to our issues and concerns, we did not feel rushed during our appointments. He is the kind of doctor anyone would want, mild mannered and compassionate. His office staff is friendly and accommodating. I had a hard time setting up our first appointment but they went above and beyond my expectations by making an effort to work us in. Instead of having to wait for months, Dr. Ly was able to see us ~ within a week - 10 days from the time I called. There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Ly and his staff puts their best interest with their patients. I highly and strongly recommend Dr. Peter Ly and his staff.

I am honestly shocked by the reviews with anything less than five stars. Dr. Ly is an awesome doctor! As for the not showing up for an appointment and being canceled as a patient... I find that hard to believe because I have forgotten to come into the office before so he called me to make sure everything was okay and then we did a phone appointment instead. That has actually happened twice. He actually listens to what is going on. Makes small adjustments either up or down depending on how you are doing on your medications. He listens and figures out what you are needing. I’m so glad I found him because I have had several doctors that didn’t do anything for me. He has helped me a lot. My daughter and my best friend also see him so i Would recommend anyone to see him.
