In 15 rushed minutes , I was told my previous referring doctor was archaic and prescribed medication that he would not continue to prescibed. I agreed to try his methods , if he would closely monitor the changes. At checkout, a future appointment was refused. I am perplexed by this medical approach.

Dr. Dhatt was great and front desk receptionist was very pleasant. MA or other staff was kind of rude especially when I called to ask for address.

I am glad i finally found a doc close to my home. He took care of my issues i was dealing with. Very calm and easy to talk to. Took his time to let me explain what I was battling. Office is nice and very cozy. the girls helped me with my insurance and explained my benefits well. Definitely recommend this doctor.

I was referred by UNH care. As a 1st time patient; a lady ask me what insurance I had. Put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up, I kept calling back and she kept hanging up. Very rude and will be reporting this to united health care. Like Answer

This doctor is extremely professional. I saw a few negative reviews here, but if you read the comments, it sounds like people trying to abuse prescriptions. I would highly recommend Dr. Dhatt to anyone else I know.

Terrible Doctor and even worse receptionist. My insurance card clearly states $35 copay for an in network office visit and they charged me $85 because "that's what they got quoted" the office on jones road is bs there's a couch and a chair literally that's it, no painting no nothing it doesn't feel homey or anything and dr. Dhatt was sub par at best. If you were a patient of Dr. Richard Palmer save yourself the trouble and find another doctor!

Takes some getting used to Dr. Dhatt but now that we have an understanding I am able to get prescriptions that work. One of the best things about Dr. Dhatt is his efficiency, I never wait more than 15 minutes and am usually out in under 30 minutes. I have had 2 hour waits and 3 hour office visits at other psychiatrists in the Houston area.

One star doesn’t even do it .... i would give this office a negative rating if possible. This doctor took over for my who decided to retire ... i made an appointment then a few days later someone from the office said they weren’t open that day... when i called back to make another appoinent i mentioned that and the person on the phone started talking down to me and said “no they didn’t no one in this office would ever do” ... so i made another appointment. I had also called up there 2 different times with my right phone number which they couldn’t seem to get and never called .... i showed up to where i thought the office was and they weren’t there. When i called and asked i got yelled at and when i asked why they couldn’t get my number right after i called up there 2 she got rude and nasty with me and was like “oh this office is the stupid one here” and hung up on me. I will NEVER!!!!!! Make another appointment with them!

Staff are just imbeciles. Make an appointment a month out with them confirming they take your insurance, and they will call the morning of the appointment to tell you they are out of network.

There is something very wrong with this Dr. He is very unprofessional, and disrespects anyone that thinks different than him - by religion, sexual preferences, drug use/abuse. I believe he would like to convert everyone to his religion and does not only a diservice to people but even harm but putting other thoughts in their heads that they are not there to begin with and are not the problem they are seeking consultation for. AVOID him! He is dangerous to your mind.
