Feels more like a customer mill than a psychiatrist. Danielle herself is very nice, but the sustematic overbooking of customers and the complete lack of any customer service ruins this place. Repeated rescheduling of appointments, interminable wait times, "problems on the system" and more have resulted in no real apologies, changes, or anything. No regard for the incredible inconvenience these issues cause in a customers daily life. Knowing what I know now, I would choose another office, no doubt.

Doctor's are nice. Their policies aren't so much. Beware! $150 no show fee! WOW! Like they aren't rich enough as it is! Geez. Don't sign the policy if you see it! Apparently I forgot about that one detail. YIKES!

I have been seeing Dr.White for several years. She is wonderful and she has always helped me with all my medical needs!!! She also See's my son she is wonderful with children as well!!! I would recommend her to anyone looking for help in this field of medicine! I can't forget to mention, she has a great and helpful office staff!!!!!

I recommend Dr. White and Lindzi. They both have been very beneficial in my health over the years. Been with them for over 10 years now. From the beginning until now I still trust them with my care and feel they are the best at what they do and in their field. Trustworthy and caring. I live an hour away and still come to their office for my visits because, there really isn’t any others out there who have this level of great care. I appreciate what they’ve done for my life.

Dr. White and her supporting cast are wonderful people to work with. They try very hard to serve their clients in the best way possible and are quick to follow up with any concerns or questions. I can't speak to some of the negative reviews here, but I can attest that these are genuinely kind people who care for their patients' well being. Highly recommended.

Dr. White should have her medical license suspended. She prescribed bipolar/schizophrenia medication to a 6 year old girl, when in fact, these disorders aren’t detectable until the later teen years. And in doing so, the child grew breasts at 8 years old as a result of the medication prescribed. While medicinal manufacturers are responsible for such effects, it was not wise nor necessary to prescribe medication to a 6 year old, when such disorders cannot be diagnosed unless you are a young adult.

Initially everyone was very nice, they have a tendency to make you wait a bit, but as long as you plan for it, you're fine. My real concern with this office is that Dr. White will drop you without notice. You won't find out till you call and set an appointment and get the awkward "you did not get our letter?" Who sends a letter these days? I had to wait MONTHS to get back on my medication, because she dropped me so suddenly, no courtesy appointment to at least allow me to get my bearings straight. I was a patient with this office for a couple years, and had one small issue with my insurance... so goes to show you how much they actually care about you as an individual.
