I have attended this facility twice now. The staff were amazing, they helped me and treated me as if i were their friend. The therapy was just as great and helpful. thank you to all who works here, you have impacted my life.

My 7 yr old Autistic grandson was rushed to ER due to severe negative side effects from medication prescribed by Clarity psychiatrist. Then not wanting to be responsible for his care, he was basically kicked to the street because pychiatrist stated she did not feel comfortable seeing him any longer. The professional thing to do would have been to at least refer him to another mental health professional. We have had no further communication from Clarity. Very uncaring and unprofessional, very sad.

The therapist and Dr are great. The receptionist Viola is AWFUL. She is unbelievably rude to almost everyone who walks in, including children. Considering the nature of the place she works, she would benefit from training in interpersonal skills and sensitivity. She is the reason we are looking elsewhere for services, and that’s a shame.

All they care about is money I took my 14, year old here for try to kill he's self they sent us home if you can't pay 1850 aday don't go here
