REVIEWS OF Ana Monterrosa, MD IN Texas

Meghan Hammersmith

She listens but only as far as she wants. She will cut you off mid sentence. She acts like her treatment plan is the only thing that helps, which it isn't. She talks as though I as a patient don't know what is best for me or what helps, like she alone holds all the correct answers.

Maria carrasco

Dr. Monterrosa is wonderful. She cares, listens to your concerns and she makes sure her patients have input on their course of treatment. Her staff is exceptional, always providing great service and information.

I have been a patient of Dr. Monterrosa for 5 years. Her and her staff are wonderful! I actually enjoy going for my appointments and I always leave refreshed. As a medical professional myself I certainly recommend her.

My first impression of Dr. Monterrossa was not good. She was highly unprofessional. I was in the middle of telling her about very private incident that I experienced when I was young, was clearly emotional and she asked me to stop talking so she could answer her cell phone. I figured it must be an emergency. Dr. Monterrosa proceeded to hold a conversation with someone on the other end of the phone about what kind of beans she wanted to be ordered for her for lunch. This conversation lasted at least a full 3 minutes. She couldn't decide what kind of beans she wanted or if she wanted beans at all. She hung up and didn't apologize for the interruption just looked at me and said "lunch". I won't be visiting her office again.

Leo David

Absolutely terrible. This person barely speaks any English, makes little to no eye contact, and worst still, their office would make mistakes like lie to you about the costs and promise it's on them because they make a mistake, then bill you the full amount regardless, even if they used the initial low cost to get you to agree to come. This entire place is a complete fraud, relying on the disabilities of mentally ill individuals to earn a buck. No sympathy or responsibility from management. 0/5

The staff are wonderful. Dr. Monterrosa listens and is very patient. I've been seeing doctors for years and she is by far the best and her staff. I would recommend her to anyone.

Sirena Castillo

Jessica Love

I just called to see if the accept a certain insurance and the front desk lady seemed bored tired of her job and was rude I think she needs to go back to job training learn some people skills as well.

Mike Tanner

I find The Dr. And her staff to be professional, caring, and engaged. My only issue is that they keep trying to give me a morning appointment, and I refuse to go downtown in that traffic!

Thomas Pointer

My wife has been seeing Dr. Monterrosa for the better part of the last 3 years since we came here with the US Army. SHe has PTSD very badly and Dr. Monterrosa has been able to help her. She is an amazing Doctor and is very patient and always spends plenty of time with my wife. She also has spent time with me when needed. I highly recommend Dr. Monterrosa. I also recommend her to All military and first responders.
