Staff is rude and they do not care about supplying information families concerning loved ones. One minute a psychiatric patient not of sound mind has to choose for him or herself whether to pass on information to family, yet in the same token, can not decide if they want to be in a facility that they do not like or feel safe in. I do not get it. I'm tired of patients and families being treated like they are dispensable.

I was once a patient here and Dr.webb was awful he didn’t really care what I had to say all he cared about was doing the bare minimum and a paycheck.

I had to go in for intrusive suicidal thoughts and hallucinations. The staff there is so caring and helpful. I particularly want to thank Lawanda and Michelle. They are wonderful group therapists.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I was a patient here at this hospital for sucide depression the staff and doctors there are very rude unpolite and very disrespectful and don’t care with the therapist and the staff had a breakdown crying and they do not care they walk away I would give this hospital a very lowest review and star if I had that option they don’t even deserve a star or great review plus they couldn’t get my meds right cause they messed up before discharge tried explaining to my doctor the doctor would not listen to me so after discharge went to my Psychiatrist and they had to refix my meds caused by there dumb doctors and the food there was awful cold and disgusting and every time I cuss or say a insult to someone the staff tells me that I need to head back in my room instead of asking me what’s bothering me and there really ain’t that much activitys to do except color draw paint play cards watch tv there really ain’t a recreation room at all for the stay of the patients I wouldn’t send a family member or loveone to this hospital I would find another Psychiatric hospital to go to but this one don’t send a family member or love ones here

Going to have a lawsuit. I never signed anything they gave me shots in my sleep against my will. I was completely compliant in taking meds that were supposed to help yet they gave me meds that aren’t meant to mix. Can’t wait to see who else has had similar issues from this hospital

Excellent care. The nurses and mental health techs are amazing. Best care you will get in the mid Tennessee area! I loved Sadie and Amy and Heather and Ms. Debbie and Ravi and so many other people!

If you're looking for a professional and compassionate place, this is probably not the place for you. You can't get straight answers from anyone and some of the staff are very disrespectful to patients and patient families. This is a mental hospital for the most part and they do have detox, but it is not a 28 day program which we were lead to believe by the website and the person we spoke with on the phone. Therefore we chose to take the 2 hr and 45 minute trip to bring my loved one here in desperate need of rehab from addiction. He got detoxed. He could've done that at a place much closer to home. Do your research and find out everything you can about this or any place you want to take a loved one for addiction treatment. Also beware that you don't sign anything until you know the facts and you are well versed on what is going on! Things aren't always as they seem!
