I took my ten yr old daughter with anxiety here for ten weeks in 2018, and I'll never regret it. The reviews made me nervous, but I had no other option. She's made such a turn around!!! Such a happy kid now! I spent so much time in that waiting room, thought it would kill me, but the therapists there are pure gold and care so much about the whole family when a kid comes in. I'd recommend the program too anyone who's family life is turned upside down by anxiety or OCD. I saw so many amazing miracles/success stories pass through that place. I just can't believe how poor the average review on here is. I'm just glad I didn't let it scare me away

While I think some people can benefit from the therapeutic approach used in this hospital, it was not for me. Turns out ERP therapy only works for me in a naturally setting/the flow of life (resisting compulsions). The behavioral staff here was incompetent & dehumanizing when I expressed where I running into issues with ERP. Basically, if you didn't do it their way, you were wrong. That's not how life works, so it's definitely not going to work in a treatment setting. No one took the time to thoroughly listen to what my actual obsessions/compulsions were, instead they put me in a box, labeled me OCD & assigned exposures without meaning. It was hell, to say the least. You can try Rogers, but my advice is to go easy on yourself if you decide to take part. Work on stopping YOUR obsessions & compulsions & don't get trapped in a stigmatized box. Most importantly, if you start to feel pushed over the edge by ideas that go against your person/values, please speak up & let the facility know. If they don't listen, don't punish yourself with guilt for leaving & trying to find more empathetic treatment.

Amazing staff that know exactly what they're doing. They utilize many different methods to address eating disorders, anxiety and depression, and OCD. These include CBT (modifying actions to improve thoughts and in turn, feelings), DBT (finding the wise mind between the emotional and rational), and ERP (intentionally provoking anxiety and then dealing with it in a healthy way). All of these methods are backed up with research based evidence, using proven methods that work. Also, lunch is included in the PHP (6 hrs a day, 5 days a week) program, and it is always fantastic. This is not an easy program, the staff are going to challenge you, but if you stick with it, you will emerge a much healthier person.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE -5 STARS I WOULD. My therapist made me say horrible things about my religion and threatened me with inpatient if I didn’t want to say bad things about my religion and it was awful. Do not recommend.

So thankful I went here. ERP therapy was extremely helpful with OCD. #1 place I would recommend for those dealing with OCD, EDs, etc.

They're nice, but obscenely expensive. A single treatment program would cost over half of what I make in a month. Wish I could afford that.
