I have tried to call and talk with someone to set up an appointment and they keep taking messages and never call back. I feel they are in the wrong industry to not call customers back, because some people sometimes need serious help. I'm very upset I have felt ignored with my phone calls.

I cannot explain how grateful I am to have come across this group of individuals. From my first call to set up my intake appointment until my last day of therapy, I felt so much compassion and genuineness from every single person at this office. Participating in individual therapy and ESPECIALLY the DBT group was the absolute best investment I have made in my life thus far. Every single penny has been worth it. I have been out of therapy for maybe 3 months. Things aren't magically perfect now and I have to continue working hard and using the skills I was taught but I've noticed a drastic change in my emotions, thoughts, ability to cope and handle every day stressors in life. I now know that there is a solution to every problem so long as I keep trying to find it. I really appreciated the fact that they weren't there to coddle me, rather give me the kick in the butt I needed but with so much grace and patience. I took my child to PSYCHe for an assessment, which I paid $375. The package deal proposal I received was not what we discussed. The price was over $9k, and I was given 7 days to sign the contract or I would be required to have another assessment. This was a huge turn off for me - I didn't appreciate their high pressure sales tactic.
