If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. As someone who has worked in the mental health field and provided clients hands on care I can confidently say that Dr. Cochran and her staff are way off track in their approach to " healing " others. My condition was simple and had been managed effectively for years, I was moving back to TN after living in CA for 4 years and was just looking to transfer my care to someone else and I found this place. I should have ran after the initial assessment. I was briefed by a PA and then passed off to Dr. Cochran and another PA. While in her office I think she might have talked to me for a total of 10 minutes. The first visit they make you pay $500 for two hours. (Total joke) That was fine though because I really was just switching providers and ignored the fact that she was training the girl that eventually became my primary point of contact for visits. Her name was Ellie. She is not a PhD and doesn't have any real world experience in dealing with patients. If I said I was having issues with say anxiety she would suggest something like " practicing positive self talk" it was laughable but I was stuck with her for the transition back to living in Nashville so I just nodded and watched her sweat through the sessions. I honestly felt embarrassed for her. My next issue with Hope and Healing was payments. It is a private pay clinic. I knew that going in. No big deal BUT they charge you if you need to call them to refill a prescription. They will bill you $30 for "out of office services" and even charge you for time spent talking to Dr. Cochran on the phone. Some practices this is common and worthwhile but this one wasn't. They care way more about status, title, and money than they do anything else. The sake of the patients mental health is not their main focus and I only hope that someone searching for a good medical practices reads this and goes elsewhere to seek treatment. I've found Vanderbilt Psychiatry to be phenomenal and more affordable. They take insurance and have their ducks in a row. I sincerely hope this helps someone dodge a huge bullet.

Holistic and gentle care for the last 3+ years. Love the staff. I see Leah Bowen and I can count on her to take every aspect of my health into account as we make decisions about my care. Highly recommend.

I have seen Dr. COCHRAN for over 20 years. She has gone the extra mile to work with me. I love her. The downside: insurance is NOT accepted. Payment out of pocket!!!

I just want to share how much we appreciate you guys. Your place has been a real blessing to our family. We have a loved one that has struggled for many years, and no one has been more attentive, patient, and persistent in her care... and we've tried many, I can assure you. Thank you soo very much. I literally do not know what we would have done without you. I know cost is a big deal, it is with us anyway. With your help we are able to get our out of network benefits which nets our follow-up visits to about $45 a time after insurance reimbursement. That's easy money given the dramatic improvement we have seen. I would give you more stars if I could. All I know is that If you or your family has complicated care needs, then I highly recommend…hope this helps
