This place is ridiculous! They try to force families apart by telling them they can’t have any communication until they feel the party who was in their facility is emotionally strong enough to handle them! How dare you people do that!!! We have contacted a lawyer and are going to sue!!!! This place caused more harm than good! They don’t even deserve a star!!! They need to be shut down!!!!

Horrible experience horrible horrible place to work housekeeping supervisors are unprofessional they only pay you 7.00 an hour but work you like s salve picking out cotton the staff is very trashy an ghetto they all smoke pot together an drink it sinks very bad I’m surprised i lasted for a week they under pay you I just don’t see you making a living there just with the amount of money they pay you

This place should be shut down!! The professionals there lie and mislead!! My son was there and they absolutely lied to me. I'm actually getting an attorney .The people that work there should never ever be allowed to work in the mental health field!! They are liars. I wonder how there even able to lay down with a clean conscience!!

These people work with the hardest patients ever. I work with these patients before they are placed here. It’s very difficult especially when you have a combative patient. They aren’t forcing families apart or lying. These patients when they see their families usually forget all of their treatment and it makes them worse. They are working hard to get these people’s metal health in order!

Very disappointed in this unprofessional, inept place. I recently moved my mentally Ill son from Illinois where he was being abused and neglected by Rosecrance treatment center, which is now under investigation.How in the heck did these unprofessional, inept, so-called professionals allow my son to be sent back to Illinois on a freaking greyhound bus, while still not fully treated for paranoia, schizophrenia and bipolar to Rosecrance, which is in a whole different state???! I called the staff, and unbeknownst to me, the discharge note read that a caseworker from Rosecrance and I would be back in Illinos waiting for my son when he get off the the bus!!! How dare they deceive my son, and lie on me! I cannot believe that Rosecrance would stoop so low to try to save their necks and avoid prosecution. I have a lot of evidence which includes videos, police reports, and proof that Rosecrance was not giving my son his medication, to steal money from my son and (other clients), which is why I had to move him to Nashville and put him in Middle Tn Health Institute! Physical, emotional and financial abuse and neglect, and now, Middle Tn Mental Health is a part of it!! Can you imagine being mentally ill, getting off a greyhound bus to a different STATE and expecting to see your mom??
