Left several voicemails (because they never answered the phone); more than a month later, they have still not responded. (Franklin/Nashville)

Been going to the Nashville location for 3 yrs, for therapy and seeing a Physchologist . But my Dr. is booked 3wks out, no cancels when called daily, noting my medication running out in 2 wks. So. 2 wks later! Franklin location next w/ Dr. Kurt Moss. Some off questions asked to me and he recommended a sleep Med for nightmares. (I have narcolepsy). Also said it was a common Med, never heard of in 10 years I’ve been diagnosed. He mentioned he’d print out info, I decide. Yet got an RX. Well, I didn’t ask for it or sound at all interested, but nicely agreed to a ‘info print out’. That’s not worth my review and not my intention of doing so. This is. Day of my appt, a receptionist was there working but ever since NO ONE has returned to fill that position. Maybe she was a temp or fill in from a diff city? My insurance won’t approve my medicine that has now runout without A NURSE to pre-approve it. NO ONE answers the main line for Franklin. Messages DO NOT get returned at all. Nashville, same. Do not waste your time leaving voicemails or ‘messages’ to the receiptonist. Even Nashville receptionist failed to help in my case after speaking directly to. Anyone who has to ‘email a nurse IN HER OFFICE’ is bogus...WALK to the nurse and ask a simple question for a pre-authorization. It’s that simple. It does not and should not take 2+ full days of me calling on my days off, Walgreens, Franklin, Nashville, to assist myself for Lifecare. That is what employees get paid to do. This is CRAZY and totally unacceptable! I will be switching for sure. My ‘give people the benefit of the doubt first impression’ is out the window here. Lifecare in general used to be legit, something has happened to prevent that now. P’O’ed to say the least! How in the heck does a DR office run without customer service, filled job positions, medication refills or common courtesy? As a business owner.... It doesn’t!

They literally take about a week to call you back after you leave a message. You can call the Franklin or Nashville office and leave messages at both and it will take forever. I've been a patient for a little under a year and I decided to go elsewhere.

The experience was very good! The receptionist, nurse practitioner, and therapist worked together to get me to a good place. Loved that they are a recognized faith base center!

Went here with my daughter for counseling. Daughter comes home 2nd or 3rd visit in and tells me her counselor is going to make an appointment to give her pills to make her feel better. We specifically said NO MEDS because although we are not against meds, right now we feel like the issues are not best served by meds but by someone (not family) to learn to like herself. Councelor PUSHES AND PUSHES to make "intake" says it just to get in her in the program. Wont stop pushing this point until the appointment is made. Take our son in who does take meds, and actually needs meds to see a virtual doctor. Realized the "intake" was to put kids on meds. Was told have to come back in a week to pick up the meds. Now due to work schedules no one has the time to take 2-3 hours to take a kid to the appointment, then another hour a half a week later to go back and pic up the meds. People want to rage and rage about rampant drug abuse, but places that our kids are supposed to trust want to push pills.Like paid drug dealers. I mean I don't get it - we took her there for therapy to build her self confidence and assist to learn to liking herself now all we have a child telling us how badly she needs pills. Not cool. Call to stop services - secretarial staff says it was XXXX who made the appointment for meds. Of course it was because the darn counselor wouldn't stop pushing it. When a kid comes home telling you they won't be ok with a pill something is seriously wrong. This was the Memphis office by the way. I am searching for a new therapist - one who will listen to what we have to say when we explain what we see at home and respect our wishes that we would like to remain med free. And NOT push us to make an appointment we aren't ok with. And our son? We made the decision to make a 90 mile commute to a far superior service provider.

Kirk (franklin office on Carothers) is an amazing doctor who listens to your concerns. He's new there and I followed him from a diff practice. He asks you how you feel, what a med will do, what class they are in as opposed to the other, and asks you where you think it is best (as the drug classes do the same thing in diff ways). I felt and feel like I am part of the process. he is always willing to listen, go up or down on a med, and try new things. Plus he is very funny and has a great professional way about him. Not all people may need meds, but I already knew from the past I did, and we are working through doses now. Its better than the other drs who don't listen to your needs. EX: Like I want a med that won't make me gain a lot of weight why helping my moods. He doesn't ask what do I need like some doctors, he recommends based on how I feel, what I say, and we do it together not just ...here take this and tell me if you like it. Anyway, Thanks Kirk, you are amazing as always!

The social worker has no idea what she is doing. She promised to get me on TennCare. She never did one thing towards that. It was a joke.

David Tyler

The staff is very kind, and provide excellent care.

Ashley Lovell

Ashley the therapist is really nice.

Dobby Beach

Polite staff, easy to schedule appointments, caring & empathetic provider. Timothy Moss = A+. We are moving interstate and I'll miss them. Well ran establishment all around. They have several locations for convenience also. Franklin office is a convenient location with ample parking.

Trey Jensen

Some of the nicest people I've ever encountered in a doctor's office.
