165 for first visit... NOT 55 like some of the reviews say. Will take a 65$ non-refundable upon making appointment. The 100 is due at the time of the appointment. Did not say they dont take government insurance but they cant provide service to anyone who is on it even if you plan on paying out of pocket. Hopefully this information has helped someone out. And woman at front desk did not sound friendly or happy.

Horrible doctor that DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH she put me on a VERY addictive medication for 5 years and then discharged me because of my religious beliefs. This place will kill you if you stay too long

Office staff are horrible. Not compassionate. When I called and needed to talk to Dr. they wanted to know every detail why. They aren't my doctor. They want money for EVERYTHING. Needed a paper filled out. 1 paragraph. $25 owed, pssh. They had to call in my med cuz I ran out they charged me $35!!!!!! To make one phone call. My favorite office worker quit and since then they got worse. Traci Boswell is nice and seems to care. That's the only reason they are getting 3 stars instead of 1.

Melissa treated me for years and carefully built a medication strategy. It was perfect. When I foolishly wanted to go off the Lexapro she just let me do so without so much as a counsel. The results of going off the Lexapro were horrific (anxiety disorder) and I am not healthy to this day. Her initial plan involved Lexapro and Lamictal which worked like a charm. Now with another provider I am on multiple medications including addicting benzodiazepines. I left her because her attempts to rectify the situation didn't work. I don't understand why she would so carefully craft something then go along with me wrecking it. I don't understand her methodology.
