The staff here is grossly incompetent. Doctors are often not informed properly of key info needed about their patients. It has resulted in prescriptions not getting properly filled on time for my family. If you enjoy spending hours at the pharmacy while you wait for Avera to piece things together, this is the place for you. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

Doctor/nurses were absolutely worthless in returning calls, when the call was returned, it was either nothing in which you asked for or something worse. Happy to say I took my time to someone else that gladly helps me out. Don't recommend to anyone. Good luck.

The staff, physicians and psychologists here are the best. They care about you as a whole and follow up with you. If prescriptions are needed those are also taken care of in a timely manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
