I am SO disappointed in the level of care from Dr. Asper. And, what doctor's office has the doctor taking money from the patient at the end of the visit?!? That is SO unprofessional, and uncomfortable for the patient. Dr Asper keeps the appointment under 10 minutes, types on her computer the entire time, makes no comments, no eye contact...then hands out a script and expects to be paid. What a crock! The office staff are rude and dismissive and can never answer anything. As soon as you call you are put on hold...usually for more than 5 minutes. Today I stayed on the line for TEN minutes to let them know we may be 10 minutes late. She said she would need to check if that would be OK. I informed her since i had stayed on hold for 10 minutes, it should be JUST FINE. The billing office won't return a call, it takes days to get a script refilled, and the creepy voice on their automated answering machine is ridiculous and drones on and on. I am so over this place. My daughter weaned herself off of her medication after googling how to do it. Dr Asper thought that was JUST fine. This place is a script mill and a sham billing insurance out of this world bills while giving subpar treatment.

Dr Asper and Holly Bruhn both exhibit concern and compassion. Both are engaging and easy to talk to. The office staff are friendly but oftentimes are slow to return phone calls or say that they did when in fact they did not.

Took my child here for depression. Saw Dr Asper. I expected this to be a place where the kids actually talk with a doctor to get help for what they were feeling. Instead they push medications on you. They charge you for medication refills which isn't right at all. They don't file secondary insurance so you are left with a bill to pay. We won't be back
