Can only reach the "answering service" and no one from the office will answer the phone or make the follow up call to schedule an appointment. This has been going on for over a month. Very dissatisfied!

They don't answer their phone or call back ever. I've called several times on various occasions over the past 2 months and can't reach anyone. They also take your vitals (blood pressure, weight, etc) in the "waiting room" in front of everyone. Dr. Kelly is the only professional I've dealt with there, he was very kind and helpful. I hope for his sake he finds a better practice to work with .

Dont make the mistake of going to this place! They NEVER answer their phones and NEVER return calls! They left my daughter without her meds 2x due to lack of being able to communicate! THE most unprofessional doctors office I have ever seen!

I get the negative reviews - this is admittedly the weirdest doctor's office I've ever been to. So, I'm omitting a star to be fair on that point. That said, I've seen countless therapists/psych doctors and after thirty or so years Dr. Kelly is the only one who has actually prescribed medication that effectively treats my issue. He listens to me, we schedule follow-ups accordingly, and I do feel like we are working as a team to ensure things continue on the right track. This is way more than I can say for the doctors who spend money on swanky office furniture. Unfortunately, I've just seen that they are no longer accepting insurance outside of Medicaid which means the only hope I've had for treatment is now gone. Which is why I've omitted a second star. I've never been more upset to lose a doctor.

What a joke! Set up an appointment over a month in advance, show up 30 minutes early just to be told that the doctor left early and I would have to make another appointment. They did not call me and notify me about the doctor leaving, nor did they email me. I showed up to find out that I won’t be able to be seen. Not only does this show lack of professional customer service, but the office reaked of cigarette smoke! Do not visit this psychiatric office, find a better alternative because this office is a dump! Read all of their sub-par reviews and stay away...

Everyone should be aware that everything you say during your session can be clearly heard in the waiting room. There is no attempt at confidentiality whatsoever. Also not LGBT friendly. Steer clear.

Very unprofessional, The PA had hair messed up and had shirt half tucked in, took my vitals in the waiting room, with another patient present. I would highly recommend that everyone stays clear of this office.

I will not even add the "Dr." in front of her name, my experience with Gina Hartmeier was the WORST!! she MISDIAGNOSED me and put me on lithium WITHOUT having any blood work done, at all, at any point. I became suicidal due to the medications and called her office. on her voicemail I specifically said "I am not doing well" and NEVER received a call back. I was suicidal and I asked my doctor for help and got no response. she is lucky that I had my family and other sources because there would be a malpractice suit on her hands if my death had resulted in HER misdiagnosis and the medications she prescribed me. I have reported her to the APA and only hope that she loses her license and cannot endanger any more patients. i was put on medications that i should not have been put on, attempted suicide, notified her and was IGNORED. some doctor, huh??? i had to rate her with 1 star so my comment would be posted, but this lady gets negative stars for me and prayers that none of her loved ones suffer

This is the worst medical place I've ever been, the vitals are just taking in front of everyone. You better whisper what you say and hope no one is just listening about your personal problems there's no privacy at all, honestly it feels like you are in the middle of some convenient store telling some heavy smoker smelling person all your family and personal problems. I've never seen Dr. Gina Marie Hartmeier even though that's the person I set the appointment whit, Kelly it's a great guy I just feel bad he is the one who needs to put up whit, I hope he makes the move to a better place. I will never recommend this place to anyone who needs professional attention

It has been extremely difficult attempting to get an appointment with this office... no follow up from very disorganized office staff. After finally connecting, I was told that I would be sent a packet to complete prior to arrival. Two days later I received a voice mail from the same staff member to call to set up an appointment, which I had already done)! Before i left home I realized that I had not received the packet and, after looking up the address, realized that the office had moved and was 15 minutes further from my home.. I phoned to notify that we would be late and, the call went to voice mail...left a message that I would be about 15 minutes late. Upon arrival we were denied the appointment because we were 2 minutes too late. The staff was extremely efficient at smugly notifying me that my son had already been billed for the "missed appointment." The office was very difficult to locate, which added to the lateness. I asked if we could be seen for part of the session because it was so hard to get in. Denied! I asked for the doctor to call me to discuss and was laughingly told “I’ll tell her, but she aint gonna call”. I’m making no judgment on the Doctor or her abilities, but her “office staff” is extremely unprofessional, rude and uncaring. People in need should steer clear of this office….

I've been coming to her for over two years... she's helped me through so much... I have epilepsy, anxiety, OCD, and psychotic depression. I wouldn't change her for any other psychiatrist... even if it's the best psychiatrist in the world.

I really feel uncomfortable putting even 1 star, however I believe I had to rate before I could review. My mother attends this practice and I have to say I am very disappointed to say the least. She is having reactions to the medications that she has been put on and she has turned into a totally different person and we cannot even reach the office to do something about this! It is sad that no phone calls will be returned, no one will answer the phone or anything!! I have had to take my mother to the emergency room because the reactions are so severe! At this point, I am extremely upset with this practice!! This type of review seems to be quite common for TCPA. Attend at your own risk!

Dr. Kelly is a good doctor, but he works in a bad place. Gina, the one I used to see before I switched to him, is constantly disinterested and dismissive of her patients lives. The office does not return calls, no matter how many messages you leave, and they rarely answer the phone. Do not use this place if you want to feel like you matter and are being heard. Because of this place, I had to experience prescription drug withdrawal on my own because I could not get in contact with a person to make an appointment to get on medication safe for pregnancy. In short, a bad place. Don’t ever go here because they don’t care about you.
