It is unfortunate that Dr. Crocker is getting negative reviews from those who weren’t actively in her care, but rather were disappointed in procedural or availability for new patients. I pay out of network to see Dr. Crocker. Any of my other psychiatrist appts were just a ‘check in’ for medication refills. Dr. Crocker has worked extensively with me to find correct dosage, along with therapeutic, thorough sessions. If you just want to ‘unload’, then she isn’t the doctor for you. She is calmly compassionate and listens well, but also isn’t afraid to challenge/set goals that may be uncomfortable to follow through with, if you just want a quick solution. Highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Crocker for one year. She actively listens to me. She maintains a personable and professional demeanor. The front staff is all new and contracted from a different company. I felt the older staff was outdated. I schedule my 3 month appointments when I leave my appointment that day. One time I felt overwhelmed and called the office - Dr. Crocker was off so I left a message with the front desk. She called me back that evening to address my issue.

Waste of time and money! I was being treated by them for months and on medications prescribed by them. I missed an appointment that I don’t even recall making (I told them i would call back and make an appointment because of my work schedule) and then from then on... Suzan Crocker refused to provide treatment, call in meds, or schedule another appointment with me. She completely refused to have me as a patient. It’s impossible to get into contact with her. These people do not care about their patients mental health at all!

Tried to obtain an appointment. Completed the "intake paperwork" and waited nearly 2 weeks before I heard back. Finally received a phone call and was told that they wouldn't have the "time needed" to assist. Would not recommend if you are trying to get in to see someone quickly or want or need a Doctor that has time to sit and speak with you regarding concerns.

Strongly do not recommend. Unorganized, don't answer phone, and just dont care. Dont waste your time and money.

Don't waste your money. She doesn't want to help or even listen. This establishment is only interested in a quick $$$ for people who are seeking help.

Scheduled an appointment two month in advance with Dr. Crocker due to not having any openings. Made front office staff well aware that I had Medicaid as a secondary insurance. Also made front staff aware when checking in that I had Medicaid. Once I got in the back with the doctor, she started discussing things with me and asked what type of insurance I had. I informed her BCBS/ Medicaid. She abruptly stopped our conversation and said I cant accept me as a patient if I have Medicaid at all. I said I waited two months and took off work for this appointment! I even offered to be a self pay patient or sign a waiver stating I wouldn't bill medicaid myself. She refused to continue our conversation or go any further with my treatment. She questioned if the front staff knew I was covered by Medicaid and I told her YES and even gave her the names of who I spoke with. She apologized but still did not take responsibility for their screw up. I left crying. Seems to me as if the front staff is not trained on proper procedures which causes a huge waste of time for others. This is ridiculous. Your always told to "seek help" but then you get turned away due to something as silly as insurance coverage. I would not suggest this provider or this practice whatsoever for your mental health needs. Look elsewhere. Don't waste your time like I did.
