I will say this, the receptionist do leave something to be desired and they don't bill insurance like they should BUT I have been seeing Dr. Austin Gray for almost 12 years now on and off and he is by far the best psychiatrist I have been to, he has a great sense of humour and he listens well, he is only a psychiatrist so don't expect a long couch session and a long talk about your whole life, there are psychologist in this practice for that, he is solely there for medication treatments and he has no issues with seeing people on last minute basis provided it's for a valid reason. Sarah, one of the therapist there is also great and cry helpful, she talks with you to work out your problems and is not afraid to be honest and up front with you.

Dr. Gray is hands down the best and most understanding therapist I have ever had and after years of battling with my mental issues I feel I finally have the help and care I need.

Dr. GRAY is a true professional. He and his entire staff are very gracious and caring. They were wonderful to me after the loss of my husband. I have been a nurse for 30 years and I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Thank you Dr. GRAY and staff for your compassion.

My children have seen multiple providers there. I wouldn't even bother taking your children there, no matter how big or small the issue. They have completely failed my family. They take the easiest routes without concern for the consequences that you and your family will have to suffer with. They will not advocate for your family like someone in the medical field should. If it's on their time and terms, it may get completely.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had. I had just suffered from the loss of my child. The receptionist are the stupidest worst people to work with. They don't know how to do there job and don't know how to handle grieving people. Beware of insurance fraud. I know that I was double charged every time I went in there. I got the notices from my insurance where they paid and every time they would say I owe money.
