Dr. Crocker is very personable and professional. The office needed some TLC and it was addressed. The new staff is using relevant scheduling and billing technology. If you’re looking for a discreet psychiatrist, Dr. Crocker is a doctor I recommend.

I love the new waiting area. It's very inviting and comfortable. No more stuffy uppity sterile environment, which is very important when seeking therapy. Staff is amazing. Ever went to check in and they barely recognize you're standing there? Not at this office! The new patient portal is convenient and easy. I can manage my own appointments without downriver time on the phone during a busy work day. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Sometimes, change is good. #MyTherapistSaysSo

I couldn’t be happier with the recent changes at this office.The new office staff are incredibly nice and helpful and the waiting room has been completely redone. The office feels so warm and inviting, not clinical and stuffy. I have always been happy with my practitioner, but now I’m happy with the entire experience. Best mental health office ever!
