I called to make an appointment this morning for my boyfriend. He is a 20 year veteran, with 6 combat tours. He desperately needs to see someone about his medication. The girl at the front desk was not helpful at all. In fact she hung up on me when I couldnt understand exactly what she was saying. Specializing in PTSD, should mean that the people at the front desk need to be more understanding, and patient with our Vererans. These men and woman are fighting to get help, and it just seems the door is getting shut.

Don't go here unless you want horrible service... I call to make a appointment this am and was refused due to missing a appointment and couldn't afford to pay 40$ right out.. I was not offered a payment plan and if I hadn't showed up to the office I wouldn't have gotten a referral to somewhere else.. the lady was so rude not only that the other one sitting behind the glass decides to record me as if I was being disorderly first off I came in the office to see if I could make a payment plan to accommodate me and I was refused and told to leave.. well seeing how they handle mentally paitents. I do not recommend this office at all.. Dr. Jacobs staff are horrible..

That Girl

I've been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for years and am very happy with the care I've received. I feel like he really cares about me and my mental health. I moved from SC to NC and still travel 4hrs every 3 months to see him.
