If I could give 0 stars I would. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE: Yesterday was my first appointment and I will never return. Indian lady was very pleasant over the phone asking several questions to get my insurance information and was quick to get me in but once I got there I sat in the lobby while she stayed in the back room with no clients eating a snack for 15-20 minutes. A lady walked in with samples of medication and put it on her desk. No one was in the office but me and the Indian lady was in the back. I could have easily had access to the medication because I was alone in the office. Once I got to the back I was crying explaining my concern she ONLY TALKED ABOUT TAKING THE SAMPLE MEDICATION. First off you don't know the side effects or the research on what your prescribing. I asked how do I cope with my problems she advised I go back to my therapist. I informed her my therapist referred me to a physiatrist because of my level of anxiety. She told me she only give medication she don't talk about personal matters and the medication will make me feel really good. I informed her I work at a corporate call center so any medication could impact my job that she didn't research on. The lady advised me she couldn't do nothing for me if I don't sample the new meds.

I am not one to write reviews of people but my experience at this practice. was the worst I have ever had and we never even got past the reception desk. Dr. Praful's wife is also a psychiatrist who was on the phone with insurance companies when we arrived. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes (with no other patients in the practice) I asked her if they would be seeing my child anytime soon. She asked me if I had some place else to be and then told me that she did not need our business. She said that she would like for me to post my experience on the web so I am doing her a favor here. Stay as far as you can from this so called doctor.
