I came in for a appointment today. so glad that Drs. appts are back to being scheduled up front. because the big lady at the hall window always messed up my appts. i would come in and i would not have an appt on the schedule but would have a card with that day and time. i also feel that it is unprofessional for her to call me "hon". i am older than her. hopefully someone will read this review and correct her actions.

Without going into detail, Dr. N is horrendous. He’s very mean and belittling toward his patients and treats them like complete maniacs. He was very rude, impersonable, and judgemental

The doctor we saw on the wedcam session was pretty nice. The other camera came on. I believe someone was sitting in our session that I didn't give consent to be there. I told them in the office and after being brushed off I called. The lady didn't even go back there until I called to see what was going on. She said she talked to the director and nothing is recorded. She said that " one is used for training". I again said "I didn't consent to the training" she told me again "Nothing is being recorded." "We use that one for CPR training etc" I still can't help, but feel our HIPPA rights were violated today at the Easley office.

The counselor here suggested we go somewhere else!! Psychiatrist suggested my son should eat beans?! My son has severe depressive disorder, anxiety disorder and ADHD was diagnosed so far. They didn't even give him a test for Aspergers which the counselor and myself thinks he has! So the counselor was somewhat helpful while talking on the phone to other clients, making us wait for her to get off the phone. Then we found out more about her than we did my son! It took the psychiatrist over a week to call in his prescription! Dr waggit the bean lady! And they would not give my son any more medication that the psychiatrist doctor waggot put him on while in the process of going to someone else! Go to Carolina Family Services! much better! These people have messed up on our scheduled appointments, told us they had to reschedule us after we came all the way out there, and the staff is very unfriendly! I really don't think they know what they're doing! Stay away! Beware!
