I am a former resident here, I honestly hate it, but the food is very accomadating and delicous, though small portions. Medical care is a very low priority, I had gone without a vision appointment well over my alloted scheduled time. I am honestly very honest about this review, only send children here if you want to send them to a prison and a hospital mixed.

This place education system is trash and I am 17 about to be 18 in the 10 th grade because of it.fights happened all the time and kids steal everything. All the kids who are 7 and up cuss and are now into sex. This place is not for smart people. Period. But some staff are good the rest are uncaring nose diggers. I have gotten beat up alot and haves scars to prove it

Place is not that good one of the employees stole my son's shoes. When it was time for my son to come home in his bag was one sock, a pair of underwear and 1 shirt. There where your good and your bad employees there

I can see why this place has such low ratings, as I Interviewed for a position here, and the very same values imparted to the community, such as respect, honesty, integrity, are clearly not practiced by HR or any other upper managerial involved in the hiring process. Its been a month since i did well on the interview and assessments, however still have not been informed of whether i will receive a job offer or not, despite my taking the initiative to inquire several times via phone calls, that are never returned. Who would want to work for such rude individuals who lack empathy and consideration, ESPECIALLY in the counseling field. Do not send family or friends here, they are very unprofessional and clearly lack two important qualities, the abity to communicate effectively and an extreme lack of empathy.

My daughter was there for 9 months. She was getting into fights, throwing things at staff, and all of the things got her there. She was still on a level 1 when they sent her home (with next to no notice), saying "this is just how she is. We can't help her". There was one time when she even got her head slammed into the ground multiple times by another patient and they didn't even call me. I found out a couple weeks later, from my daughter, when I went for a day visit. I had to ask what was going on, nobody knew for some reason. So I spoke with the coordinator, and she was absolutely no help. Saying that they would discuss it in a meeting. I would come to see her and she would have cuts and brusies. Some brand new clothes I bought her would be missing. But nobody could ever say why or what happened. We don't let her on the internet, and I told them that, plus why. When they sent her home, she seriously (at 11y. Old) had made one of EVERY social media accounts. WHILE she was THERE. Not one person at that place is qualified or cares.They should seriously be shut down. And according to these reviews, most families have had experiences like ours. It's a shame.

Who ever gave this place more than one star must have no morals or expectations! The turn over rate is ridiculous, Most of the staff don't care about the kids, the facility must not have any expectations because the nursing staff can not even draw blood correct. My daughter was there for almost 4 months and made no improvement at all. The one person I thought was decent quit at a moments notice knowing my daughters bio mom had abandon her and so has ever counselor she has had. We picked her up for a home visit to find this out and it was the last straw, we decided not to take her back. My husband and I have now called Shannon who was supposed to discharge her Since March 19,2018 and still has not done it or got back with us. My house is ran better than this facility, morals and expectations are lacking everywhere. Children are not held to any standards and pretty much allowed to do whatever.

--10 Stars: Very, very, very, incompetent group of people. Unable to help my Daughter after a year of being in the facility; Took her to 3 New Doctors (for eval) all of whom after reading her files said they do not feel she should have been hospitalized to begin with. One doctor went as far as to state he felt they where just taking the insurance company for a ride. Still having on going billing issues; which according to the insurance company is do to their negligence. My child had a good many number of things stolen from her while there. And despite several messages left for the CEO, Mr. Lincoln has never return my calls.

This place doesn't not communicate with you about your child. They lost all my sons clothes and let another kid ripped other pair.... and did nothing about it.
