I have triplets who attend this office and Dr Durant has been wonderful at individualizing treatment plans for them. He is quick on referrals to ABA, hippotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, sleep specialist, Speech & OT. The medicine prescribed has been helpful as well. My children are doing well under his care. The nursing staff is also very helpful, and even returned a pen my daughter left by mail. It is a long wait for the initial appointment but worth it.

Took several months to get an appointment. When we finally got an appointment, we were referred all over the place for useless testing that insurance wouldn't even cover. Then Ryan Grimes started telling me how she was considering dx my 4yo daughter with Autism based on some inconclusive genetic testing that insurance refused to cover because it isn't an accepted method for testing for ASD. Fortunately, we were able to get a referral to a child psychiatrist who was able to pinpoint our child's needs in one day, and we no longer had any use for this facility. My advice, stay away from this place and go straight to a child psychiatrist. If you need a referral, get one from your ped or primary.

I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be called back. Everyone is wonderful. We have only had the best experiences there.

I had an issue with my child's insurance. The company said we weren't covered but we actually were. Kenzi from novant pediatrics behavioral services would not help at all. She sounded put out by my husband and I asking questions. All she kept saying was I called and he isn't covered. I have worked in customer service for over 16 years. I am appalled to have been treated like I was annoying someone that gets paid to assist.

It took me 4 months to get an appointment. My appointment was a waste of time with just a few questions and then said to come back in 2 months.

They will make you wait an hour past your appointment time with no explication but if you are 2 minutes late the will cancel.

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been too!! They have messed up my daughter's appt 3 times!! With no apologies or anything!! They already take MONTHS to see you!! They are fully taking advantage of the fact that they are the only developmental pediatricians in the area!! By this time. I don't want them to get near my child!! If they are mismanaging their time like this. I can't imagine how they would get her care right!!

We did have to wait some for our first appointment, but they did let me know about a cancellation, so we were able to get in sooner than we had originally thought. We have seen 3 different doctors there now, and each one has been very professional and helpful. The front desk staff has been very friendly each time - including over the phone and in person. I have frequently messaged them via mychart, and each time I have received a prompt response. Each time we have been to the office, we have been taken back to the treatment room quickly.

The doctor's themselves are great, if you can get in to see them and don't mind waiting an hour after your scheduled appointment to actually see the doctor. And don't think that scheduling the first appointment of the day will help. It doesn't matter if you're there 15 min early for the first appointment of the day. You will still wait an hour to be seen.

My daughter was diagnosed by Dr. Robles at this facilty- by the way, Dr. Robles is WONDERFUL! She was so sweet, patient, very observant, and a great listener with no judgement. There was a 4 month wait for my daughter's appointment. I wasn't thrilled about the wait, but it was worth it bc my daughter got the exact care she needed and was diagnosed properly. If I needed any paperwork, the front desk would call and let me know when it was ready for pickup. My best advice for any parent wanting to go to this facility: please, be patient. It's always difficult when our little ones need medical treatment or diagnosis of any kind, but once your in, they'll definitely take care of you. The lady's at the front desk are nice too.

This practice is very unaccommodating. We told the Dr that we were turned away from the front desk for only being 10 minutes early and her response was "well thats their policy".

It has been well over a month and am still waiting to schedule an appointment. Now I find out the MD is retiring and they have no replacement yet. Total waste of time.
