Tonja Norman is the most caring and professional doctor I have been to. I went in on my first appointment and could barely stand to leave my house. Today I am a fully functioning person and she has helped me with my social skills. I absolutely love her and her therapy techniques. Wonderful woman. I highly recommend her.

She was great but there was other issues and I didn’t feel like she addressed them and besediesnthat she is a great psychiatrist but she didn’t answer all the questions I had and I’m not sure why but on my second visit we will figure it out and I am still having night mares/ night terrors and she seems to over look that completely.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because that's the least you can give. I've seen this "doctor" for well over a year now and today she decided to drop me as a patient. All because my other doctor wrote me for a few vicodin because I have 2 bulging discs. I've never failed a drug test or a pill count but apparently that doesn't matter to her. I trusted her, and she screwed me over.

Tonja takes whatever time is needed with every patient, whereas I've been to others that are like an assembly line (u're in & out in 5 min). Tonja TRULY CARES & is one of the sweetest people on the planet! I wish I could keep her in my back pocket between visits because she is one of the most encouraging people I've ever met. She is one of the few people I honestly feel that I can tell ANYTHING without judgment. The downside is that if she has several patients in one day who need that extra time, u could end up waiting 4 hours past your scheduled appointment time to get in to see her.

The most horrible place I've been... 2 hour wait time and my last wait time was 4 hours and the waiting room was over full. People sitting on floor and sleeping on floor... She over books and only in to see her for 10 mins. She is only doing this for as many people she can get in on one given day... Books several people at same appointment time and who ever gets there first at appointment time, goes in first...

Just found out she is not a licensed Psychiatrist nor Doctor, she is a nurse. I assumed by the name of the office that she was. May want to research if this is important to you.

Ms. Norman is fantastic at what she does. She truly cares about her patients. I am a therapist in the area, and I send everyone who may need medicine to her, and this includes my own children. She has a small clinic, and is very very busy. At times, the office can be overwhelming because it is just her, a referral specialist, and her receptionist. Because of the nature of insurance and managed care, for a psychiatric prescriber like Ms. Norman to pay the bills, they have to see 4 people per hour. Unfortunately, this is true across all psychiatrists. What is different about Ms. Norman is that even though she is time restricted because of insurance, if a patient is in crisis, it is NOT uncommon for her to spend 45 minutes with them to help them feel better before they leave. This is why wait times may take longer than expected. If a psychiatrist does not ever run behind, I question their bedside manner. My encouragement is to ignore the 1 star reviews because these are actually the fringe patients, and from my experience, there are two sides to every story.

Came to my first appointment, 2 people just sitting on a porch right outside the door, smoking--like it is not weird or anything. Was waiting and waiting...after 45 minutes of waiting was told I have to wait even more because there were 2 people ahead of me. Must of been the 2 from the porch. An hour has passed, and I was still waiting! Like what is even a point of making an appointment and arriving on time. DMV has lesser wait time! So I left and will never be back. So shouldn't you!!!

Tonja Norman is great. She spoke with my daughter before and she referred her to a great counselor that she still sees to this day and he is an absolute blessing for helping g her. Also this is my second visit with her and she listens to me and provides any feedback that she can to help me. Overall she is great and I would highly recommend to anyone of her office. I thank mrs norman everytime I go in for my visit of how well she is did with the counselor she chose that wild best suit my daughter and her needs/issues she has been struggling with.

I could not believe how unprofessional this doctors office is. I went for my first visit last week and was told my insurance was not in affect. I was told to get a letter from DSS stating I have insurance. So i went that day and nothing was wrong with it. I went in today for my appointment with my insurance paper in my hand and was told."we done gave your appointment to someone else" the reason why is she said I missed 3 appointments in a row including the one I showed up for last week that they made the mistake. Ok really...i missed one appointment the other one they sent me home because of their mistake. This place is a joke. I'm glad i wasn't seen now because I heard they are drug pushers. That Doctor don't care about anything but giving you drugs and pushing you out the door. Everyone in that place is drug seeking and she's happy to give it to them. This is really sad. When I pulled up to park today their were 3 people out side smoking pot and I seen them snorting pills on the roof of their car. Hope someone shuts this doctor down.

This place is the worst I have ever seen. You make an appointment and you show up when you are ask to and after making sure they are going to get paid the service is over. I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment made 3 months ago and finally ask the person at the front desk what is going on. She says sounding as if I was bothering her I can’t help it. Sometimes you get in on time and sometimes you don’t. No apology just attitude. When I finally did get in to be seen it was th same. If you have all the time to wait to be seen somewhere they have attitudes this is the place for you.9

Dr. Norman is awesome! She always takes time to listen if I need to talk to her about something. She is very trustworthy & will do whatever she can to help you!! Great doctor!!!

Dr. Norman is the only psychiatrist I've seen, and I'm so glad I chose her practice. She takes the time to listen to my problems and offer real life solutions. Of course, as a nurse practitioner, she prescribes the right medications, but she also emphasizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and agrees with me that prayer is beneficial & effective. The staff are polite & friendly, and the office is a clean, relaxing, modern environment. The only downside would be the long wait times, but that's why I take books to read!

Tonja has been a life saver for me I have been seeing her for almost 5 years and she keeps up with my meds and my all around health. She has a wonderful personality, couldn't ask for a better psychiatrist.
