Gilbert the counselor -five stars. Christine the tech with music therapy -five stars. Susan and Karen techs- five stars. Michelle/ Heather / Marcy- nurses five stars. Amanda and the recreational intern I am so sorry I forget your name but you were always nice to me. You get five stars. The yoga teacher- five stars. SO THE CORPORATE EARTH PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND. Earth people that's a term you learn in the lighthouse. I had my first panic attack here. In this place. I was scared for my life. I was put on the worst medicine I've ever been on. And I was held there in the facility longer than I should have . I got a best friend and a family out of it but that doesn't override the terrible 8 day experience it was.

this place doesn't deserve 1 star. I have been to a number of behavioral centers over the past 23 years. this is thee WORST place I"ve ever been to. the place is nasty, the mystery food they give you is barely edible and you have no other choices. no fresh fruit or salad. during the day all you get is water and some old dried out bagel or whatever they find to give as a snack. the so called Techs do absolutely nothing but talk with each other, eat fast food in front of you and stay on their phones. the patients are treated like they are a bother and at times completely ignored. there is absolutely no therapy classes or structure of any kind. you never see a therapist and barely have 5 minutes with the so called psychiatrists, Dr. Klaughburg and Oduwale are terrible and do not listen or even look at you while you speak. All they say is we'll see how things go today and MAYBE you can go tomorrow, it's always tomorrow. So basically they offer no help for anyone it's all about getting as much insurance money they can get. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. This place needs to be shut down as a behavioral hospital. you feel worse after you leave there than you did when you went in. DO NOT take anyone you care about to this worthless place

Julie Grey

Hahaha. Get what u pay for! Lighthouse is excellent- the cheap furnishings that reek like sour milk remind me that where I CAME FROM was WORSE! MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE. DRINKS ON MR (wink, psyche)

First and foremost God bless you! God bless you! And God bless you and/or that loved one you are seeking help for... I've seen psychiatric hospitals depicted negatively in movies and much to my horror and disbelief this experience and this Hospital truly makes fact worse than Fiction. I thank God and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for getting my learning disabled daughter out safely with what I hope will have no lasting side effects. This cannot be a legitimate Hospital I've only just left with my daughter and after I hold and kiss her and beg her forgiveness for several days and thank God for his Mercy I will have to in good conscious report this institution and it's doctors for not upholding their oath to do no harm. Actually for 6 days I asked to speak with her physician and for 6 days I was denied a consult with him even at the time of my daughter's discharge he was absent so I do not know if a real MD saw her or not because I never met him. And I did ask 5 times to speak with him. My daughter is intellectually disabled and unable to convey any amount of information accurately. Again I thank Jesus that the wrong medication she was given will have no lasting effect on her. So I implore you that if you have a child or loved one that is unable to communicate for themselves and to watch out for their own well-being please do not send them to this place. I say place because it couldn't possibly be a real Hospital. I pray for your health and happiness and that you never give up. I will always believe that love is more powerful than hate. I even pray for that hospital that if greed and wealth is their motivation that they receive all of the money that they can spend during their lifetime and that they cause no harm to anyone else seeking their help.

I Was There The Best Place They Really Helped And The Group Meeting Were A Big Help And The Staff Is Awesome Thanks Feeling Muck Better!!!

Kate Redmond

Please. Please stay away from this place. I can't even talk about how awful my experience was. Just please listen to the reviews and do not go here. I am traumatized, and was scared for my insanity and life. I feel hopeless knowing I can't do anything to change this place or shut it down. Only can express my voice to those not to go. Feed you meds to keep you quiet, cooperate being treated like an animal, or get sedated.

Brineisha Lee

I know someone that attended the facility. It is poorly ran but she had no issue with staff. She loved communicating with staff not drs. They do try to make you take medication when you refuses

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The majority of the staff there were rude people that have no real concern for patients. The doctors spare you as little of their time as possible, they don't appear to be interested in creating any real treatment plan. They make their educated opinion on the issue after 60 seconds of an explanation and that is it.They bring you in, take all of the money from your pockets, and throw you back out worse off than you were before.

Julie G

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to in my entire life. The nurses are curt and rude and if they are too busy to help you they yell at you to get away from the nurses station even if it's an emergency. Nurses and techs alike seemed more interested in going home than helping the patients. In fact one nurse clocked out early on purpose so that she could not help patients anymore and was freely admitting it. Then they have the audacity to complain to the patients that they are short staffed which is not the problem of the patients but of the institution. The doctors do not want to see your medical records because their egos are so big they think they don't need them. Many patients were experiencing dehydration and myriad infections and the staff did nothing to help. While I was there a tech stole property from me and then flatly denied it to her supervisor. I'm getting my property replaced and sent to me by mail at their expense but if a tech is willing to steal a book what else are they okay with stealing from patients? Their money? Their medications?

Kathleen Hamel

Horrible place. Should be closed down.

Michelle Davis

My mom just got out u should be close down it just like jail it was jail am mad as hell

Mary Cran

they don't listen, horrendous living conditions, horrible medical professionals without any skills, fraudulent activity, abusive, hostile, and no situational skills. couldn't even give me my inhaler or oxygen when asked for it. I almost died denied me emergency medical treatment for 11 days also extreme mental abuse from other patients including staff including violence, sexual harrassment, unsafe medical practices aand no patients rights were honored

Shannon Spencer

The staff are wonderful. They really try to help. The therapist Rose is awesome!

John Alva

Choice has been given meditation or stay till you feel insane . Abnormal behavior's will be seen by all staff . Wouldn't you act unusual after all the crazy mania that comes inside . Those whom support medical malpractice support hospital that shall be destroyed or abandoned as a sad memory.

William Singleton

Really helpfull and most the staff is wonder full.

I was admitted to this hell hole for six days, and pretty much have to agree with the rest of the people posting on this board. Poor poor poor. I was there because of my not taking my meds for to many days and I went through withdrawal, had a nervous breakdown, you know the drill. I was told 72 hours minimum, but it only started after you were seen by you psychiatrist. I waited about two days before I got to see him. He put me on double the amount of Wellbutrin I was supposed to be on and for those who take that medication and know what it feels like to overdose on that, I went through that for 8 days straight. I barely ate, slept, my heart ended up having damage because it had beat so hard for so long. I ended up having to drop out of college so my medical problems could be attended to. Luckily my father has been in the medical field for over 30 years and has supported me with all his heart and skills available to him. My overall experience at lighthouse was disgusting and traumatic. Sometimes I will wake up at night thinking I’m still there and then I’m to afraid to go back to sleep. If you need to send someone you love to a facility for help, lighthouse is the last place you want to send them. For the sake of your family and your relationship with that person.

My daughter was recently supposed to be treated in this Horror Hotel for a severe anxiety attack. She was held there for 9 days because Dr. Shetty knew she had good insurance which she intended to exploit as long as possible. She refused to accept that she was not a drug addict and only had anxiety issues and bipolar disorder. Dr. Shetty withheld medications prescribed to her by her private doctor of 3 years which led to my daughter having a seizure which Dr. Shetty virtually ignored. She calls this “med-washing”, a dangerous and ignorant practice. Another patient in the same room suffered an even worse seizure which was entirely ignored, and my daughter was the person who took care of her after this terrible experience and was shamed by staff for doing so. My daughter was told directly by staff that she would be held there against her will as long as her insurance kept paying and was also told by staff that she did not belong there and should get out to a place of safety as soon as possible. While in this terrible facility there were several incidents of pharmaceutical mixups which is totally inexcusable and dangerous. In addition, women and men were housed on the same hallway with no ability for my daughter to close her door at night. Several times men, some naked and gibbering, came into her room and she woke with them standing over her, a totally frightening and unacceptable occurrence! This is a dangerous, harmful and unsuitable place for anyone, much less people who are seeking help. If you are considering this facility for someone you love don’t just walk away, RUN! In addition, Dr. Shetty demonstrated no compassion for my daughter and spent the 5 measly minutes of therapy per day insulting my daughter, insinuating that she was a liar and drug addict which she is neither, and making derogatory remarks to her. This woman is unfit to be called a doctor of anything, much less a psychiatrist who is supposed to help patients who are in crisis. She refused to speak to our family about what was going on with our daughter, even though our daughter authorized this on her behalf. There were patients in the facility at the same time as my daughter who were allowed to urinate on themselves and were not attended by staff, left to remain in their soiled clothing, sitting on furniture used by all patients and soaking couches and chairs in their urine. Totally unsanitary! Even dogs in the animal shelter are attended better than this!

Janette O'Donohue

I went to the 28 day program here. I was not able to have shoe strings or soap or anything like that. There are only two phones in the hallway that work. I will say that I liked the recreational therapy. It was really fun. Hardly no outside time. There were a few staff members that really cared. I didn’t really learn much here. The brochure was a complete lie. One thing that really helped me was telling my life story towards the end of my time here. I would go back if I had no other choice. Staff please don’t take this personally because some of you really do care.

William Perkins

I was in the Geriatric section with some mental problems. I stayed one week and found my visit as a blessing. The day was organized well and each element of the organization were outstanding. Dr. Oduwalle, John,, and their team were fantastic. Not once did I hear one speak out to a patient in derogatory terms. And they handled challenging situations with quickness and respect. All were good and here are a few of the names of people that stood out: All the Nurses and Assistants, all the techs (Kare, Shelia, Natatia, Amanda). I have been doing fine since my discharge. I miss my friends Nick, Jimmy, Miss Hazel, Roy, Miss Margaret, Miss Ruth, the other Jimmy. I recommend this place.

Lynnett Anderson

Do not go there. My friend voluntarily checked her self in and they wouldn't let her leave after observing her 7 days. She was not suicidal she had a nervous breakdown. The staff is very condescending. The woman at the front desk named Otavia is the worst, very unprofessional, rude and talks about everyone that walks in. She dresses like a hooker no exaggeration. I wouldn't recommend my pets to go there. They treat the patients like animals. They don't do any of the things they advertise. Its a big ploy for the patients insurance money. This place is a poorly run county jail. Please stay away!

Samantha Gallo

Had family there..they are rude..and def DO NOT HELP the ones in need nor their family have any peace of mind!!!! The staff was rude and they do anything but care..they make them sleep on wood, and then wouldn't give us her stuff back that was in stuff when admitted..still missing 3 things! And yet $18,000 bill for a lot of stress and unbelievable treatment for both the "patient" and family members. If you love whomever needs help in your family..DO NOT PUT THEM IN LIGHTHOUSE!!!!

Iris Schutz

Poorly operated facility with little or no communication. My son was isolated and needed medication for his medical condition(ms).these meds were denied him. Held for 4 days with no explanation. Was not violent, was not combative, was totally cooperative. Did not belong there, but because of misunderstanding, held him even after evaluation showed no reason. There should be better oversight of private facilities such as this to avoid insurance fraud.

Lighthouse Care Center of Conway is an amazing place! We are so grateful for the successful treatment of our family member! Our family had been heartbroken for years over our loved one and the constant sadness and loneliness they felt. We wanted so badly for them to regain control of their life and relationships and find success and happiness. Lighthouse Care Center of Conway was the only facility who stood by our loved one and gave them back the strength and quality of life they deserved. We are grateful everyday for the help received at their hospital through the psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and techs. It wasn't easy, but so worth it! If you or your family member needs help, this is the place!

My son went to a NC hospital ER seeking treatment for an acute substance abuse episode. After the hospital's physician assessed him, he was involuntarily commited for his own safety and sent to The Lighthouse Care Center the next morning. From the time he arrived at Lighthouse, I ( his mother, and an RN for 27 years) was only able to recieve a 5 minute phone call from him once a day. He felt he was pressured into taking prescibed benzodiazipene's and anti-psychotics, believing that any attempts not to take them would possibly delay his release for being "uncooperative" with his plan of care. I, and concerned family members left NUMEROUS voice mail messages, in an attempt to speak with his phychiatrist so we could be part of his rehab. / family care plan, as advertised on this facilities website. In 6 days, NEVER recieved a call back from his Dr. We called the facility Ombudsman and our laywer due to no accessable communication with his Physician. My grown son was crying when he recounted his traumatic experiences, esp. those with his mentally ill and threatening roomate. Without posting the details, I fear he now has severe PTSD symtoms from this hospitalization at Lighthouse "Care" facility. I am seeking legal advice on how to deal with this traumatic experience for my son. He needed help with a substance abuse problem. Instead, he will need long-term counseling for the serious trama he sustained while at this detrimental place. I am furious and heartbroken. The bad reviews Ive read were accurate,to put it mildly. If you love your loved one...AVOID this place at all costs!

Samantha Hurn

I will start by saying that we did not pick this facility. The hospital where my son was admitted on a psych hold did. The only reason he was transferred to Lighthouse was because they were literally the only adolescent acute care center in the state that had a bed available. Our son was admitted in adolescent acute care due to his medication not being effective anymore. He was having angry outbursts and delusions. His moods were not appropriate for the situation. Lighthouse stepped him down from his medication, began a new medication, evaluated him and released him all within 7 days. They did not include us in his care, and they did not ask that we attend any therapy. To our knowledge Lighthouse did not contact his routine psychiatrist or psychologist either. We expressed concerns that it seemed too quick, and they didn't give enough time to allow the new medication to take effect to see his reaction. He was released anyway, and not even 36 hours later he was in the ER at MUSC after having hallucinations that caused him to become extremely scared and anxious. MUSC was very concerned with the treatment he received at Lighthouse, and explained to us that not only was the medication they gave him dangerously inappropriate for his condition, but that Lighthouse did not release him with the proper instructions on how to administer the medications. By releasing him in the condition he was in Lighthouse put my son, the rest of our family, and his school at risk. There were also some conflicting stories from staff and our son during his treatment. When I spoke with Jordan, his therapist from Lighthouse, she didn't act at all concerned nor did she seem to grasp the severity of the situation. She indicated that the medication had nothing to do with his visual hallucinations, but suggested that they came from his environment. I was also told by Jordan that when the Doctor that released him got in she may or may not call me back. When I asked to speak to someone in charge of the facility Jordan told me that there wasn't anyone except the doctor that released him. We have reported this to our insurance company and requested a investigation by them. We also reported this to the Joint Commission and Better Business Bureau.

If there was a no star choice I would have clicked that one! A NIGHTMARE! 5 HOURS TO GET ADMITTED AND...aid they had a room- then crammed my, not senior citizen, husband in the Geriatric Mental Ward. Was told he had to walk over the the rehab facility everyday. My husband has a 6 level spinal fusion and hip replacement! Was told that nutrition was a large part of healing-he was served cold eggs, cold white bread toast, cold grits.lunch-bbq on white roll with cold french fries. dinner: pbj and yogurt. Wasn't allowed ice for pain in his body. Traumatic experience left to "sleep" in the geriatric mental hospital!. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE for our whole family to have had this done. Greed and poor management is top at this dump. RUN!!! NEVER GO NEAR THIS PLACE!

Valerie Simmons

I was there in 2015 and I was pleased with my treatment 28 day program

Whitney Roop

Lighthouse Care Center could use some updating on the facility itself but when it comes right down to the reason for why I was there, it had nothing to do with how the center looked. Their staff is EXCELLENT! A little over-crowded with patients but that's only due to there not being another place to serve patients in the area. As I stated, their staff is of the utmost importance and they treated me with respect and were there if I needed anything.

This place is horrible...they don’t even help all they do is sit in your face and claim how medicine will fix your issues head on...

Priscilla Mccormick

I have been to this facility a few times. My last time I stayed in the 28 day program. There are some issues that could be addressed but nothing to stop me from going again if I had to. The group's and classes was very good. Going this last time has changed me completely. I am an addict and I have been clean for 3 1/2 mths. Thanks to the Lighthouse staff that has helped me with my recovery.

Mackenzie Reep

i was sent to this "help center" at 4 in the morning not told a word about having to stay for days on end. I was the only one not on any sort of drugs or medication and i watched as people peed their pants, slept for days, and walk around "half drunk". They ran out of granny underwear the first day i was there and all i wore was a green jumpsuit for 3 days that i never got to change. There is piss and sweat all over the crusty couches and all i did while i was there was eat and watch tv, but they were supposed to be helping me right? Dr. Oduwale, the psychiatrist, never spoke and when he did i could barley understand what he was saying to me.He always got my hopes up saying id leave in a day. Then when id go back to see him the next day, he would extend it everytime. He even accused one of the girls in there for being arrested for prostitution and drugs multiple times, but she insisted that never happened. Even her family testified. I was told by one nurse that i had a UTI and the next nurse that looked at my papers said different. i was nothing but confused the entire time and i felt more depressed being there. If it werent for my mom and family on the outside, i felt like i never would have gotten out no matter how behaved i was.

OMG! My daughter was sent there from NHR in Wilm NC today around 3:00pm it is now 7:47 and I have not heard a word from her! After reading these reviews I am getting frantic! I have called 3 times and have gotten no answer

Troy Pendleton

This place is awful. I was molested by another patient and told staff about it. All they told me to do was go sit on the couch. I got a lawyer when I got out, but the staff I reported it to said I never told them anything. Never go there. They treat the patients like animals. They wouldn't even give me water when I was thirsty and I wasn't on a diet restriction. The doctors are rude and spend maybe five minutes a day with you. Please save yourself and go elsewhere.

This is the worst place I have ever had the.misfortune of stepping into in 26 years of life.the drs treat you like their personal experiments, just throwing drugs at you after 30 seconds of talking to you to diagnose..saw them force a medication on a man ,twice, while he protested about his allergy to it,only to see it almost kill him, twice.....most of the staff is only interested in exerting power over patients, not actually helPing..never send someone you care about to this facility

Was the worst experience ever. DONT send your family or children there. They don’t give a damn about you. They just keep you on meds so you’ll keep quiet. They treat you like an animal.

Hi, this is not my account, but instead my mothers. I went here for a week about 2 months ago, and I didn't really like it. Unit 003 was a pretty nice and clean unit and only 2 of the Tech's I had really liked, Ms. Jenniffer(hopefully I spelt her name correctlly) and Mr. Kevin. They where both funny and serious at the same time. and that's pretty much all that I have to say that is good. When we transfered untis from 003 to 004, the group room was a mess. some chairs had something like vomit. Now onto the Tech that i didn't like, i won't say her name becuse i don't know how to spell it properly, she continueslly said that i was doing staff minipulation, when in reality i thought she was liying to me becuse she just didnt like me and i was just making sure she wasn't. Ok, so now i don't know what else to say so like bye.

Andrea Tranchita Bradley

Dirty, disgusting, understaffed and do not care unless you have great insurance, even then, the Dr.'s assigned to your case act like you are a bother and see you for a maximum of 10 minutes a day ((if you're lucky))The food is DISGUSTING and the rooms overcrowded, dirty and open to other patients to steal from you. The poorly trained nurses and techs openly scold, yell and laugh at patients in distress while they goof around with each other all day.

Susan Holt

I was in The Lighthouse for 6 days. I never saw a therapist one on one. I saw the psychiatrist once a day for 5 minutes. All he did was check boxes. Rarely spoke a word. Group therapy is a joke. It's just "tech's" running group therapy who just like listening to themselves talk. There was rarely any actual conversation in group. Instead they wasted our time arguing with a 19 year old patient coming off of heroine instead of sending him to his room. Sexual comments and innuendos by male staff towards female patients. Given my history of sexual abuse I never felt safe due to the fact that this is a male/female hall. 3 men sleeping directly across the hall from me. Not allowed to close doors. My parents and family were not able to get through to speak to anyone about how I was doing. My parents tried calling several times and no one ever picked up the phone. The food is horrific. If you do not like what they serve you in the cafeteria 3 times a day then to bad. There is nothing else available to eat. No fruit, snacks, nothing. The fruit they did serve was either not ripe or sour. Nothing nutritious about the food served. The only thing to drink, except when you are in the cafeteria, is water. Two pitchers of water sit on a table. If the pitchers run dry which they always did then you have to drink out of a 1980's water fountain that tastes horrible. I was dehydrated when I finally got home. Understaffed! It's like pulling teeth to get a nurses attention. Most of them walk by you and ignore you when you need something because they are too busy. When I arrived at The Lighthouse I was told I would be there for 3-5 days. I was there for 6. One of the techs actually said out loud to everyone in group "Most of you will get out in 3-5 days. Unless your insurance will pay for longer. If so you could be here for as long as your insurance pays. NEVER SEND A LOVED ONE TO THIS HORRIBLE INSTITUTION.

jasmine anderson

I was admitted into lighthouse a couple of months ago and in this facility myself and others wittnessed the staff drag a patient that has problems with seizures.

kitty palmer

Hello, I went to the lighthouse in May and I have some complaints. I don't want to have to go above your head but I wanted to speak to you first. Two days ago, I was looking at a flyer for lighthouse and I remember the mistreatment I got. When I got out I was trying to report this hospital because it's a horrible place and needs to be shut down. I was scared and felt worst then already did when I left the place. For one thing, the site said friendly staff and that's not true. The doctor was rude, the workers cursed at me and the counselor was very unprofessional. One nurse tried to take my blood and started digging in my skin and still didn't get any blood. The counselor wrote false things on my paper and had the doctor telling me that I wanted to drop out and get on disability. One worker which is not even a counselor told me that my depression wasn't nothing. I had to wait all day just to get my things. I just want to say something because I don't want anyone to get treated like me. And I got charged 11,000 dollars and I didn't get any help. So please do something about these things. I wrote this letter last year to Connie Gibson and she did not reply. I will be getting a lawyer involved about this cost because I’m not playing for something that cause me more harm then help.

Ava Roberts

Wonderful experience!! Great help!!

Tawnya Morgan

Someone has until 5pm today to call me with the info I want today for my minor child or I will call osha and lawyer. This is a nasty and poorly ran hospital.

Allan Robert

The Lighthouse is the filthiest psychiatric facility I have ever been housed in. The walls of the place are smeared with filth- from blood to snot- and the cheap furnishings reek like sour milk. Their psychiatrists are all condescending and arrogant to say the least. Moreover, the facility employs so called mental health technicians. These individuals are not required to have more than a GED, yet they are somehow qualified to lead therapy sessions.

Amy Winchell

Mother in law has been there since yesterday morning.Im seriously scared.

Mallarie Packer

I was so close to going to this rehab but now after reading everyones bad experiences, ive 100% changed my mind!! So glad i read the reviews!

Razery Torrick

Doesn't even deserve 1 star but it's the only way I can voice my opinion they kept my mother for 10 days that was perfectly fine but just had a nervous break down and treated her like she was something completely different she stayed in coed dorms with the doors wide open with people that shouldn't even be allowed to be out of their rooms this place needs to be under serious investigation and shut down

Sandy Truman

I stayed there for 26 days. There is alot of group classes but it was what I needed to hear. I've been clean for 9 months.

I was in lighthouse in February my first day at there sucked I really didn't wanna eat or talk I was so stressed and really depressed I barely slept at all that night cause I had so much on my mind.... the next I woke up I wanted to fit in and make at least a couple friends and I did. On the other hand there were some disregard kids and teens In there and the staff would have to get on to them almost every 5 minutes and man it gave me the biggest headache I just wanted to go to sleep for the rest of the day but I know that wasn't really possible. The nurses yeah they could be a little rude sometimes but there tryna get through the kids head that if you don't do what your supposed to do then you ain't going home, if you act up your just going to be there longer. There was one nurse that I new I could talk to her name was MS, Cynthia everything she said during group just blew my WIG away she is so down to earth. People say she's rude and all this and that but honestly she's the best nurse there she honestly helped me through my problems and for that I appreciate! Ps - I got my own place now, i make my own money I'm working on getting my G-E-D and im also a social media influencer. I can honestly say I'm really proud of my self.

Tyler Preston

Spent 7 days in there and I spent 3 days in jail a few months before I went here rather be in jail instead of this place

Clarenda Alston

I wasn't there patient but my husband said they have great classes/groups. But the web is misleading they don't offer all those things. And the staff could be a little more caring.

Mary Hudson

hope this place shuts down for good. literally hell on earth. workers dont even know what they're doing. DR. shetty deserves to be fired.

Cobb, McKenzie N Student

I was admitted there for suicidal attempt. I entered Lighthouse scared and depressed but by time I came home I was happy and wanted to live life. The staff there are amazing and helped me with all of my problems. One thing that helped the most was the groups. Although there are a few things that they can fix it is a very good facility.

Jacklyn Brown

My 15 year old son was transferred here from our local hospital 4 hours away. I was told that I would be contacted when he arrived....I wasn’t. I was told I would be contacted when the doctor saw him...I wasn’t. I was told I would have to approve any medication change...I was never contacted. I went to see my son and he smelled like sweat and his teeth weren’t brushed. I told the nurse that he needs to be reminded (as most teenage boys do) to brush his teeth and put deodorant on. I understand that they have a lot of kids to take care of, but if it’s too hard to do with the staff they have, maybe they need more. If you can keep your loved one out of here, do! Giving this place a 1 Star is extremely generous.

Baylee Karnap

I was here for 8 months worst place ever the food is gross I saw one of the mhts fight another patient I was in the rtf until they closed it down a few months ago I was admitted Jan. 26. 2016 and got out sept.10.2016 I recommend not going here it's a joke staff was rude and tells your business won't let you use the bathroom when you need to people fight you for no reason screaming and banging at night even staff having seizures... This place is a hell hole don't recommend!

Cathy Hayes

If I could do a review without leaving any stars I would. This place is awful!!! My geriatric mother was sent here after becoming very aggressive. We tried for hours to find out if she was even a patient and ended up driving to the facility demanding that we were told something. After threats that they would call the law because we were concerned and wanted to make sure she was ok. The following day she was sent by EMS to the hospital to find out that she'd been given extremely to much meds and her bp bottomed out. DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility!!!
