The doctors and hospital staff were awesome and super friendly. My complaint is with the billing system. When you go in for surgery you'll get bills from a dozen different places. Everyone from the anesthesiologist to the janitor sends you a bill. Since they all work for the hospital system there should be one bill and details of each line item.

Overall Great Experience. I was going to a different practice for 20 years when my NP retired. My sister-in-law was Dr Joseph's new patient and I went along to scope the practice out. I loved Dr Joseph and her non-intimidating approach to patient care and decided to switch to this practice. I thought it was easy to make an appointment, schedule lab work, get referrals for other physicians, and I didn't have to beg the office for information...Dr Joseph's nurse, Dakota, called with lab results. Overall, I am very impressed so far (and I think I have high expectations). The thing I LOVE the MOST about this office is that there is diversity among the staff. There's gonna be someone there that "looks" like every patient that walks in and I like that. I felt extremely comfortable and so glad I switched after 20 years of going to the same place.
