Tetra, one of the front desk staff, Is always super nice and professional. She is very accommodating as well. I left an important package there one Friday and she was kind enough to wait for me to come back to get it even though they closed shortly after I left. Dr. Shahan is extremely patient and really cares about the well-being of her clients. Hi I would definitely recommend this practice for someone who wants top-notch healthcare. Also they do not nickel and dime you to death like some other practices.

I hate going to the Doctor. Almost as much as I hate writing reviews of doctor's offices online...But I was SO happy with my visit to Eastover Psych that I felt compelled. Despite the high prices (because they don't accept insurance), this was one of the best practices I've ever visited. The front desk staff were sweet, friendly, and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment within two days of getting a referral, and Dr. Duncan provided exceptional care. There was no judgement or condescension and I left feeling better about my challenges with ADHD and more hopeful for the future. She asked great questions, REALLY listened to what I was saying (I never felt rushed or like I was "just another patient"), and gave me salient answers to my questions about holistic treatment, medication, and lifestyle changes. I will definitely be using Eastover as my primary psych practice for a long time.
