The care itself is good but thier billing system is terrible. I have tried to get through to their parent company who does the billing and they will not return a call. Maybe it's because I can prove that they are wrong and they don't want to admit it. On the other hand, maybe they are trying to keep people stressed out and frustrated so they need to keep coming back. If you value you sanity on bills avoid this place.

Honestly can’t believe the negative reviews on here, they have always been more than accommodating for my children and I since I always have my kids with me. They’re understanding and the doctors are amazing. The only place I’ve found that actually listens and doesn’t jump to conclusions and judge you immediately. I love this place... and I spend A LOT of time here between my appointments and my daughters. They’re amazing!

I missed an appt, I went to the office where both Hannah and Auriel were working, they were most helpful to get me an appt as soon as possible , and even followed up with a call to make sure that the appt would work for me!! Great customer service! Thanks!!!

I have been working with the same Doctor and various staff for almost ten years now. I have NEVER had an unpleasant moment with the staff. I think some of these reviews are slightly exagerated. I look forward to my visits and my conversation with the staff, Ariel and I often laugh about something. Chelsie is spot on when there is a hiccup with an insurance problem. Rude staff sitting around, never answer calls, etc. Office Manager has no compassion. Dr basically broke his hypocratic oath. Illegal process of discharge. Most horrible place in my 10 yrs of treatment. Disgusting disrespectful and will tell all to never go there

Been a patient here for several years and they have always been very nice to me. I am afraid of the painting in the waiting room but that is ok. My DR is very nice and cares about my well being. I would def recomend this office.

Good grief! Just making an initial appt. I waited 10 minutes. The lady setting up the appt. frustrated me so much I hung up have way through the phone call. She seemed distracted, ditzy or just didn't care. Plus the website says "same day or next day appts." Nope, couldn't get me in for two weeks. Based on my first interaction I wouldn't go to this place EVER.

Unprofessional practice--applied for a work role here and was selected for interviews. Interview was scheduled and then received no contact on the day of for the interview and reached out with absolutely no followup. I am a therapist with advanced clinical practice, and can't imagine how they must treat their clients if this is how they treat colleagues.

I was a bit skeptical about the previous reviews when I researched this place so I went to my initial appointment anyway. They're not wrong. The front staff are extremely rude. I understand people have a lot to deal with when they're working with the public but the level of condescension and hostility I received was mind-blowing. When the troubled receptionist attempted to reschedule me I declined for fear of angry reprisals through scheduling and prescription pickups and a future relationship filled with anxiety and stress. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Going to the Dr can be stressful enough, one shouldn't have to worry about feeling harassed and reprimanded for simply existing.

I have been calling this place since last week to get paper work on a client. Front staff is very unprofessional and non dependable. Mrs. Hannah is worthless at the front desk and Chelsi Oster is also no help. Heard the doctors are great but if they love their jobs, they need to clean up their front staff.

They have the most unprofessional, uncaring, and uncivilized front desk staff I've ever encountered in my life. They have no compassion and it's clear they're only there for a check not the patient's well being. It's very unfortunate because the therapist and the physician assistants were okay, but I would never recommend or go back to Compass because of the front desk staff. They were not considerate of patients feelings especially when you're in a crisis situation. If you're looking to go to this office I recommend you look again BEWARE!!!

Each review addresses the administrative staff. Their lack of interest in doing a job well is one that definitely should not be tolerated in this profession. This office deals with mental health patients. The doctors are great but their support staff makes you want to go elsewhere. I have been told that my insurance carrier has given me the incorrect co-payment. I should call them and let them no their records are incorrect. God forbid you try to get prior approval for a prescription. The first time prior approval was requested, Heather had it done in less than 15 minutes. Heather is no longer there. I left a voicemail on Tuesday requesting assistance resolving a prior approval problem. They said they would get back to me as soon as possible. I went to the office on Wednesday and spoke to the person who handles prior approval At first she needed to check with the doctor and then it was check with the insurance company. I explained to her that on Monday afternoon the BCBS agent stated that it would only take a few minutes to correct the problem by telephone. Needless to say it is 9:00 Thursday morning and I have not received a reply. This is the second time in six weeks that I have run out of Adderall. When you ask to see the office manager she gives you a list of excuses. We're short-handed, new employee in training, the telephone system down for two weeks. This is at a mental health office. This is unacceptable. I don't want to have to leave my provider because I can't get the medication prescribed. You should never have to change doctors because of administrative support. This has been my experience since I became a patient in December 2015.
