Why schedule an appointment at 8am and not have someone at the office to open the door? It's 7:51. So that means whenever someone decides to show up, we gotta waste appt time with signing in. I'll never make another 8am appt again. Lesson learned.

Was referred here and waited to hear from them for a month. Come to find out they lost my referral 6 times. Call them and they said someone should call me in a day or two. Call again and they said the person that would know what I’m talking about won’t be in till Monday. No call Monday. I call Tuesday and they tell me the doctor has refused me as a patient. I’m just trying to get treatment for my adhd. This office can’t get themselves together. And wasted over a month of my time when I could have been getting help somewhere else.i also was not informed why I was refused just like the other guy in the other review.

Beware if you miss an appointment they will charge you $100 and they don't call a day ahead to confirm your appointment like many doctors offices do.

This is the only review I have ever written online, because I am a believer in person-to-person communications. However, the scheduling staff here is rude and condescending. We have eagerly waited two months for my child’s appointment, and unfortunately, we had to reschedule because she was sick with pneumonia. I have finally given up after the fourth attempt at rescheduling with a very rude woman in scheduling. This is not a reflection of the psychological care here, but the people that you have to get through to receive the care. I hope that the physicians at this practice will find a solution to their staffing problems. After months of waiting, we will be starting our search from scratch again because, even if we persisted through this mess, we have lost all confidence for future interactions with this office staff.

While trying to become a new patient at this facility ive had 2 voice mails about scheduling that were never returned. After a week from the initial call I talked to someone who told me I needed a doctors referral with no other information. Had to wait 2 weeks to see a new doctor for the referral. After getting it and leaving another voicemail that was unanswered after 3 days I finally called and got hold of the receptionist that told me they had refused to take me on but at the same time never bothered to inform me.
