So far the doctors have been great and super helpful. But good luck getting in touch with anyone over the phones. I don’t think I have called once and actually been able to speak with someone, instead I am forwarded to a voicemail system.They will return your call, but if you don’t happen to pick up the cycle starts again. It has been very frustrating

Dr trouche is an amazing doctor, however u may be waiting to see him for 2+ hrs if you get an afternoon appt. the best thing to do is get an appt first thing in the morning because he overbooks and always runs late!

Dr. Naylor was excellent in helping our daughter who is suicidal. This is the second place that we tried because the first wasn't doing anything to help her. I feel at ease knowing there is someone who is here to help her.

The doctor is great the staff is horrible. I called for 2 weeks straight to reschedule an appointment that was canceled due to the storm ,as well as get my prescriptions due to me being out of medication. I left multiple messages and it took them more 2 weeks to return my call they let the phone ring once or twice and hung up and I was not able to get back through to them. I had to get my primary care physician to send over my prescriptions and my daughter had to physically walk into the office to schedule my appointment due to them never picking up the phone when you call the office. You have to wait over and hour due to them always over booking and when you ask your appointment is never a regular appointment it is a work in.
