I have been going here for some years. The doctors are outstanding! The staff on the other hand not so much, getting them on the phone takes an act or congress. And you can't ever leave a message. Dr. Ayers is the best, couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Who ever is at the front desk needs to be FIRED They NEVER pic up the phone, will pic it up and hang up. Iv bin on hold for an hour 30 before, today its 40.

If i could give a negative star I would. Every appointment my wife has there, she isn't seen untill hours after her scheduled time. Had an 1130am appt last week and she wasn't seen untill almost 130pm. The Drs put you on meds with little regards of side effects or any monitoring of improvement or effect. They put my wife from the lowest dose of latuda 5 months ago and last week put her on the max dose. Today we got another opinion from another Dr and he advised never to jump that high of a dose so quickly on that script. They put her on scripts without testing her blood levels and than a month later after her next visit found out "oooops", she never needed it and it effected her in very negative ways. Whenever we have a major concern and call or walk in for immediate emergency help, it's always the same answer - o, well you need to wait for your next appointment in 2 months but keep taking your prescriptions. The only positive that place has going for it is the super nice and lovely nurse they have on staff. I know it's hard to get in any psychiatry in Fayetteville but please don't waste your time on this place.

I was instructed to arrive early to fill out new patient paperwork. I arrived at 2:55 for my appointment at 3:15. Filled out necessary paperwork. Paid the co-pay for insurance, and have been in the waiting area. It is now 4:45 and am still waiting. I will ensure my insurance company refers me elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.

If I could rate lower I would, the waiting is ridiculously long and they don’t call you in according to your appointment time. You will end up waiting for hours and be seen for like 5 minutes. When you ask the staff any questions they never give you an actual answer and are rude.

Nearly every time I have an appointment, I have to wait in the lobby 40+ minutes after I was supposed to be seen. However, I don't have any complaints about Dr. C.

I tried several times to make an appointment and left several messages over different days. Nobody ever called me back. When I followed a different prompt and did talk to the receptionist. She said she would get my phone number and information as a new patient to the person who makes appointments, never a call back. I'm not going to an office that is overwhelmed or doesn't care about new patients.

Horrible Doctor, Doesn't Care about Patients. Was 15 minutes late due to my ride running late due to the VA. Called ahead and told them this, was informed it would not be a problem. Got there and the doctor was up front with the Secretary and they informed me I was 16 minutes late and could not be seen and had to reschedule. Im almost out of medicine, I informed them that and that doctor basically said to bad and refused to give me scripts for my medicine. Next appointment date? over a month away... They dont care about their patients at all only thing they care about is money. Dont make the mistake and go there find another place to go.

Doctor is nice. Maybe staff needs to be retrained on answering phones and not leaving people on hold for 30 minutes at a time. I called all day and got no answer until around 3:30 pm. Also, I shouldn't have to ask for at least a partial refill until my next appointment. This is a psychiatric facility. Clearly people that are seen here need their meds and shouldn't go almost a month w without them. My current state right now is depressed. My anxiety is through the roof. And I'm an emotional al mess. I think it will be a good idea to find another facility.

I enjoy being a pt but it is becoming unbearable to be in this facility for treatment due to the hour to two hour delays constantly I am under when I arrive for apts. It's agitating and beyond outrageous that I get seen a hour to two hours after my apt time. It has been everytime and multiple people who come in after myself for apts following my apt. Are almost always seen before myself for the same Doctor. It's outrageous and honestly a waste of my time and waste of my money.

The office staff is very rude. They never answer their phones and you can not leave a message because the box is always full. When they do answer the phone you stay on hold for 20 mins. The Dr my son sees is nice but the blonde receptionist is very rude
