Dr. Albright has really helped with my ADD. It was worth the wait to get on her schedule. I’ve seen a lot of other doctors that don’t spend a lot of time or seem to care that much but Dr. Albright is different. They often have therapy dogs at the office.

Let me start by saying that I have been a weekly patient of Dr. AIbright for years. She hadn’t created Sweetgrass yet and worked for another practice. I can honestly say that she has created a wonderful thing in Sweetgrass Psychiatry. Dr. Albright’s level of care goes above and beyond. She is the first Dr. of any sort that I felt legitimately cared for my well-being. Her staff is always happy and just as accommodating. I just can’t say enough to describe how wonderful Dr. Albright and her staff are. I’ve never experienced anything to believe that anyone is treated any other way.

Dr. Albright's office is absolutly beautiful! She created an atmosphere in the office that feels like a spa. You can tell she cares about each individual patient and she takes her time with every appointment. Her front desk staff is great and super helpful to me as well!

Dr. Balog does not make himself available during emergency situations. Had to play phone tag during an episodic break through his receptionist, who very helpfully developed an attitude during what must’ve been the fourth call I made to their office that day. I don’t want to be doing this any more than you do, lady. Finally got to speak him after he called me through a hidden caller ID. Told me to speak to his angry receptionist about maybe bumping up my appointment. No need for that, my guy, it’s clear I’m not anywhere near a priority. There is no way to contact him directly. I understand privacy measures, but I’ve NEVER not been able to contact my doctor and speak to the directly, be it an office phone, second cell phone, or what have you. Balog woefully undermedicates. Spare yourself the stress and avoid Sweetgrass.

The entire staff at Sweetgrass Psychiatry is welcoming and genuinely empathetic to your needs. Dr. Albright is invested in her patients and gives quality attention to you and your needs. While she can book up quickly, I think it speaks volumes about the demand for her services and the exceptional work that she does as her patient's advocate. I’m a colleague of Dr. Albright here in Charleston SC. She is kind, caring, entrepreneurial, and highly credentialed. She is a well-accomplished academic with multiple papers published and presentations given at national meetings. It is somewhat of stereotype among physicians that the more accomplished one is academically the more difficulty that doctor will have interacting with patients. However, Dr. Albright is astoundingly personable. From a patient perspective, I would expect Dr. Albright to provide the latest and the best psychiatric care.

While I think Dr. Allbright is a great Doctor and has been very helpful. Her staff is not very pleasant and quite frankly I think they are crooks. I showed up for a February 13 appointment and low behold no one was there. Turns out they had moved but no one told me. They then charged me $70.00 for being a no show. Ridiculous.

Dr. Brittany Albright is amazing, she not only listens but she makes sure to prescribe the right medication. I can talk comfortably and with confidence with Dr. Albright, my quality of life has improved since I started seeing her, I highly recommended her.

Through the years of moving around and going through family illness and mental health issues I can’t say enough about Dr Albright and her staff. The reason that I am taking the time to write this review is because you’re going to come across people that may have had a bad experience.... and that was not my experience with Sweetgrass Psychiatry. The girls that work at the front desk have always made me feel comfortable even when I’m having a bad day. So what it’s worth don’t always go by someone else’s bad review, because if I did I wouldn’t be happier than I am today.
