Horrible company... office staff is unresponsive and rude. There was one good PA there but he left after less than a year. High turn over rate. Hope they go out of business.

Great providers. I’ve been a patient for a year now. Does have high turnover rate but this is a military town. Most people know that bad reviews s are generally left by patients who are unable to get what they want. These are a great group of caring providers who have the welfare of patients at heart. If you’re going to advise the doctor on your course of treatment because your sister is in healthcare, just have your sister treat you and move on already. I’ve seen other patients come out angry for not being prescribed their drug of choice. Tells me they’re not pushers. Some of the front desk and the manager could improve. However, they have very competent and caring clinicians. Also, check out the number of reviews these disgruntled people make for other establishments. If you’re complaining about everyone, perhaps you’re the problem.

Dr. Matlack has treated my son for anxiety and depression for well over six years. My son is unable to work due to his medical issues. Dr. Matlock did not document my sons issues correctly but he gladly prescribed multiple medication's that caused a ping pong effect and now my son is on the verge of a total meltdown. My son was employed and taking low dose medicine for his issues. However, with time this doctor kept increasing the dosage and then prescribing several different medications over a short period of time. This has caused severe damage to my son's psychiatric well being and has left him worse than before Dr. Matlack began treating him. During our sessions my son expressed how he struggled with anxiety and battled depression. Dr. Matlack agreed and said he understood exactly what was happening and prescribed so many medications (Benzodiazepines) that left my son a partial shell of his former being. The documentation (doctor notes) states that my son was fine with low to mild anxiety. This doctor has done more damage than he'll ever know. Lastly, if my son exhibited low to mild anxiety and depression then why were so many medications prescribed, Dr. Matlack? If it were possible I would give this business a minus one!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FACILITY. I posted prior on their former "Business" page of; Fayetteville Psychiatric Associates. This business has since changed names and I can surely understand why. This doctor has no business prescribing medication, what he is doing to people should be a criminal offense. He has no idea how to switch mind altering drugs and has no desire to learn. "YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"

Lynett Davis is the worst therapist there. She talked one of her patients in to believing that his parents fight when he goes to bed and that his mom is to blame for his anxiety. If you're going to be a therapist to help children then don't make the problem worse, putting issues that doesn't exist into a child's head when they are already having issues with the problems going on in real life. She needs to seriously reevaluate her ways of " helping" children , will not be going back and am very disappointed.

I’ve been a patient here for a number of years. I’ve seen Dr. Matlack for years. While an excellent doctor, he’s very fast which I understand as he has many patients. I was referred by Ms. Jackie Hudson, PA-C who was my provider at different clinic. Once she came aboard, I became her patient again. She’s very competent and empathetic. Being prior military, I prefer a more direct approach that I’m accustomed to. She has it! I’m very happy with the staff and providers. Great clinic.

Green clinic is terrible and I don’t recommend it at all. Red clinic is great. If your insurance is accepted anywhere else, please don’t go here!!!

I’ve been seeing Mr. Downs for several months now and he’s not let me down once. He’s always had time for me, listened to me, worked with me and for me to help me manage my issues. When the Haymount Institute failed me, terribly, he did everything he could to help. I know everyone has their own experiences, but I would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been a patient for a few years. In my experience Dr. Matlack is good at what he does. Mr. Downs has been outstanding for me. Very professional and very easy to talk to. My 1 star is being given because of an interaction with Jacquelyn Hudson. I had to call on a weekend for an emergency medicine refill (something that I have done in the past do to my work schedule)and she happened to be the on call that day. She was extremely rude and condescending from the start. She tried to equate what I am dealing with to what her husband has dealt with which to me is extremely unprofessional. I’m hoping to get a response from Mr. Downs today to help with my current situation but I will definitely be calling to complain about the incompetency and rudeness of Mrs. Hudson. She has no business being in her career field with the emotional range she expressed to me on the phone.

I have a regular therapist with this group and have been a patient for almost 6 years. I've had no problems. I have met Dr matlack he is also very nice.

If I could give a worse rating, I would. Dr. Matlack is a glorified pill pusher. L. Davis lacks professionalism and is just outright rude. You'd receive better mental health care talking to the homeless you see on ride to this office.

Horrible service they care nothing about their patients u would of thought my counselor needed the session and not me worse place ever and will never return plus it has a funny smell in both buildings need to lysol or call a cleaning crew and also needs to do better on their customer service ladies get it together

I have a daughter that seeks treatment with this facility. After reading the reviews I know that I am not alone. The nurse/receptionist/ office staff is very rude, she does not want to listen at what is being conveyed to her, instead she likes to hear own voice. My daughter has been experiencing her psychosis since childhood. She ran out of her medications and was needing to have some called in, and since we just previously seen Dr. Madlack thought that would not be a problem, because after all isn't the patient the first priority. If this was something new to me I would have followed his instructions, but this is something I've dealt with all of my daughters life. The hospital is not going to do a thing but prescribe what the doctor should have in the first place. Thank GOD for favor. The patient does not seem to be the concern.

Doctors are great. Counselors are great. Office staff makes many mistakes in billing and message taking. Phones aren't answered very well. If you want anything taken care of properly by office staff, your best bet is to speak with Kanica in the Green Clinic. Prescription refill voicemail is hit or miss.

Help has been hard to find for me - Fayetteville Psychiatric Associates has been so easy to work with and they work hard to ensure patients are taken care of. Yes they are busy but they handle it well. From scheduling as a new patient to the the first appointment....my fears and nerves were put at ease by the respectful and caring staff. Thanks a Million to Dr Matlack and his staff.

Mrs. Morris is sexist, rude disrespectful and cares NOTHING about your children. Then likes to cause issues with employment ESPECIALLY Military. She needs to be fired or have a serious attitude adjustment
