It took me a month to get an appt, which is fine, I’m sure Dr. Uderitz is busy. I finally get there and within 10 minutes he tells me I need to change my medication and he gives me a sample. An awfully quick diagnosis from someone who just met me. The session didn’t even last the full 40 minutes. After 20-30 minutes he stood up and waited by the door while we talked which is the universal sign for “we’re done, please get out of my office”. He told me he did not have time to be my therapist but that I could see the other therapist in the same office. I told him I would rather see him since I liked him, already explained to him why I was looking for a therapist, and waited a month to see him. He again told me he didn’t have time to see me and I would need to see the other therapist in the office or he would help find another local therapist. So we get upfront to make an appt for me to see the other therapist and she has nothing available for me over the next month. So Dr. Uderitz makes me an appt to come back in one month so he can see my progress on the new medication and says he will try to get me an appt with the new therapist then. Thank god I didn’t have any type of mental health crisis. I felt so easily dismissed, it was so disappointing. I called today to cancel that appt because I wasn’t happy with how I was treated at my last appt and was told I would be charged a $85 cancelation fee because it was less then 24 hours notice which, to me, is absurd.

I have been seeing Cordes for over 8 years and couldn't be happier with my experience. I've lived here my whole life and been through many therapists, but none suited me like she does. As a therapist, she is nurturing, supportive, and so very kind and caring. She gives plenty of insight. More importantly, she helps talk you through hardships with a keen ear and big heart. Ups and downs, mostly downs, and after so many awful experiences, she continues to give me hope where I otherwise felt there was none. I'm not sure where I would be today without her, and I am forever grateful for all the aid she has provided to me in my very troubled life. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This psychiatrist called my other doctors and told them to not play into my delusions. Thank goodness they didn’t listen to him because a rash lead to brain damage. So it was all in my head just nothing like dr uderitz said! Doctors who try to practice out of their field are dangerous!! Be ware!!

I see both Cordes and Uderitz and they’re both incredibly thorough and wonderful at what they do. Staff is friendly and attentive and good at reminding me about upcoming appointments, which is super helpful.

My husband FINALLY agreed to go see a counselor and got zero help whatsoever - he told me the lady talked about her dog and so on for a good bit of each session. My neighbors husband was laughing that he saw her too and same thing. Super unprofessional and 300-400 bucks down the drain plus he won’t go see anyone else, he’s over it.

The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming. Both of the doctors in this office are wonderful. I see both and they both make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They truly make me feel like I am being listened to and my concerns are being met. Serious, a no judgement place. I want to take them with me when my husband gets orders somewhere else!

Because of Dr. Uderitz, I have an overall better quality of life. I am a better wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Two years ago when I first walked into Dr Uderitz’s office, I knew that I had found a doctor that could help me get my ocd/anxiety under control. He also referred me to an outstanding neurologist that has helped me with other health issues. He responds to questions and/or concerns faster than any doctor I’ve ever encountered. I am extremely grateful for all of the help I’ve received from this practice.
