Do not go to see these people. My doctor had surgical complications, and rather than contact his patients, I found out he was gone on leave when my prescription wasn't refilled. Staff upfront goes from sometimes rude to extremely rude. The doctor was seeing, after being told about my ex fiancee, proceeded to tell me a story about a married woman he had an affair with after he got back from Vietnam. Followed by asking if I'd seen a human die before.

I am forever grateful for N.P. Paul Heffington. He is an amazing therapist and has helped me with CPT and BT. He is very adamant about helping you reach your goals with therapy. I normally have a hard time talking with male providers but that is not the case with him . I am able to open up and talk, I highly recommend Paul.

Dr. Steiner and the therapists (I've seen three of them) are wonderful. For whatever reason, there is a relatively high turnover in the support staff. They range from treating patients like a nuisance and an inconvenience (I won't name names) to being very friendly and always having a smile (Becky). I would recommend that, when there is an opening, the Office Manager should hire someone like Becky, who is a delight to deal with. She brightens my day.

I'm not sure where all of these bad reviews are coming from, but I honestly couldn't say enough good things about this place. I've never had any issues. Never once has anyone been rude to me. I highly recommend APPA. Unlike other therapists and psychiatrists, you are actually LISTENED to here. The staff at the front have always been helpful.

Extremely incompetent staff. I had to follow up twice with the account department because they were too lazy to process my information in a timely manner. They gave me a time-frame of 2 weeks to push simple information, that from my end was time sensitive. Funny, after I called for a third time, the information was processed 15 minutes later.

Office staff has no idea what they are doing. Cannot read an insurance card to see what the co-pay is. Makes appointments and doesn’t inform patients until the day before and that is by text message only.

The lady I dealt with at the front of the office was not only extremely rude but condescending, as well. Trying to stay ahead of mental health issues is hard enough without having to deal with people like her. She should not be in any mental health field or any field dealing with the public. I will never step foot through those doors again and do not recommend this place.
