Most of the staff are great. Some of the therapists leave a lot to be desired, and are lazy. The psychologist is very robotic, and not at all personable. They seem to be understaffed. Seeing the therapist is every two weeks, the psychologist every 3 months.

I had appointment scheduled for today the 28th since February. I received a call around 1:00 informing me my appointment for the doctor at 4 was canceled because the Dr. had a meeting, and was then told I could not be seen until October.. four months after I was scheduled to be seen. Needless to say I got another appointment scheduled elsewhere within the week. This is unacceptable treatment for a patient, I will not be coming back to Aiken Barnwell, thank you making me feel unimportant.

I had the best therapist here until she moved away a couple of months ago. I didn't care to start over with someone else and they were very understanding and helpful by letting me be just MMO so that I could stay on my medicine and be monitored.

They're idiots that withhold VERY important information. I don't even feel human when I'm there. Thanks for nothing.

They called and told me the day before my appointment, that my appointment was at 10:30 well I get there and they were like your appointment was at 10 so we marked you as a no show. I was supposed to see the psychiatrist instead of the counselor. The receptionist was very rude about the whole thing situation. I had a panic attack in the waiting area and no help was offered except for by another patient.

I was suffering from depression back in 2015 and went to speak with a therapist about 4 times and with a care coordinator was told that my sessions would be 5.00 but I was charged nearly 200.00. I paid for a while but decided that since they had told me my sessions were 5.00 and 5x4=20 I wasn't going to continue on. I received a letter threatening some kind of legal action so I called the Bull St. office. I was told I had been overcharged and that I was due a refund of 65.00. Then the young lady named Katie told me to contact the following week if I hadn't received it by Monday. I called back on Tues. and Katie became a different personality telling me that there was a whole process involved in cutting the check they now owed me and that it would not be here in the time she had originally told me. Then to top everything off I received a letter today that I owe them 175.00. If I was still suffering from depression (which I just willed myself out of) these people would be sending me over a bridge. This is not the way any business should work but most assuredly not one dealing with mental health. They are horrid.
