I would rate this service with a 0 if possible! There are plenty of other mental health services in the area; please do not come here! I've never written a review for any institution before, but I am now doing so to warn others. The staff here are incredibly rude and the services they provide are far below average. This institution and all of their employees only care about money, rather than actually helping their patients. It's very apparent; they do not even bother hiding the fact. They additionally don't do anything to actually help their patients. For example, an initial visit, which would normally take 30minutes- 1 hour, is only a mere 5-10 minutes here, and nothing productive actually gets done. Then, they'll turn around and wring you for every possible penny. Not to mention, Patricia Petitpas's practice is essentially her reading off a list of symptoms from written text, rather than actually getting to know her patient. Ex "Do you feel down, depressed, or hopeless? Have you lost interest in doing things you once enjoyed?" "Sounds like you have depression! Let me write you a prescription." Please, I could have gotten the same service via WedMd as opposed to wasting my time and money here. Please beware!! Save yourself the time and effort- seek care elsewhere.

Pat Petipas and her office have been a huge part of the progress I have made with my mental health. Pat and her team have taken the time to get to know me and what I want to accomplish and have always worked with me to ensure the plan we set in place is working, making changes if and as needed and continuously listening to my feedback and taking that into account for my care. I wouldn't be where I am today without this office and the care they have and continue to provide. They are also very flexible and their appointment schedules are great for a working professional or parent.
