I have seen many, many doctors. Dr. Kroessler is the first and ONLY doctor that told me I would be okay and that he could help me. Dr. Kroessler is very professional and dignified. His goal is to keep me stable without over medicating. Sometimes he is running behind schedule but that is due to the fact that he treats each patient as a priority. I highly recommend Dr. Kroessler. I also see a therapist at the same location and find her to be extremely dedicated as well.

Wait in waiting room 20 minutes, to be seen and out the door in less than 5 minutes. He doesn't even ask if my medication is working. What difficulties I'm having taking them. If anything new has happened or if the medication needs to be increased. He has the reputation of being one of the best, no he's awful. Never have felt so rushed as in everytime I'm in his office. I even brought my husband, and following month my daughter. Both stated the same thing I need a new DR. He does nothing but sign a script or send them to the pharmacy

Dr. Kroessler replaced my previous therapist, Sharon Murray, when she left the practice. He never asked me anything about myself except to tell me that he doesn't believe in assigning medications "unnecessarily." I explained that I agree, and that I wanted to get off medications because my husband and I want to have children. He told me repeatedly that I should not get pregnant on my current medications, clearly not listening to anything I said. He took me off one med a visit after two visits, then told me he couldn't help me anymore and referred me to Women and Infants who specialize in mentally ill mothers. When I asked for a referral number he told me to "look it up online." Pompous, know-it-all who looks at his patients as dollar signs and not people. I wouldn't see him again if you paid me. He'd triple book his patients too, making then wait up to an hour to be seen. Awful.

I been with dr kroessler for 2 years he helped me get my kids and help prove with my strong team i am a fit parent and mentally stable to complete any task i put my mind too i had alot of people against me and now thanks to dr kroessler i am respected and have the ones against me praising me saying i come far with tears proud of me instead of think im not worth listening too people with disabilities matter thank you dr kroessler

Dr. Kroessler is completely burned out and comes off like he would rather be somewhere else other than at my appointment. He doesn’t seem to know his limitations nor does he remember he is a psych doctor. Time to quit, doc.

The secretaries are extremely rude and don’t even take a second to listen to what you are calling for. The DR seems like he is too busy to fill out simple paperwork for my imla. Not happy

Stay away from this guy. He never once asked anything about me except focusing on medications, was rude, was always late and very judgemental. He spends about 5-10 minutes a visit because he doesn’t ask you about anything, but charges for a full office visit. And forget about privacy.

Horrible doc. Does not care about u. 4 min apoint charge evertime like 400 Waited forever. Money hungry. Giving 50s drugs that dont work. N says feel better. Now into suboxone an its packed. Horrible doc. I finally was saved and moved to new doc.

THE WORST! Unprofessional, judgemental,condescending,rude. Reads a questionnaire off his computer , does not care about his patients , he needs to quit his job and consider doing something that doesn’t involve patient care !!!!

I have never worked with a more unprofessional psychiatrist than Dr. Kroessler. For every appointment, he was 20-30 minutes late. One time he was 40 minutes late. He also rushed all of our appointments. One appointment was a little over 3 minutes long. He never made me feel like he cared about me or my treatment and I always left our sessions feeling like he was not listening to me. Please consider seeking treatment from another psychiatrist.
