In the housing program I love it this is a blessing and I appreciate all there help in my program this is the third owner of these properties my health is getting bad hart pains depression anxiety sleep apnea and many problems getting better and I feel like a person again with goals and dreams I accomplished so much and much more to go day by day living clean and sober amen

Diana Dumin run the housing program at Kent co holdings there are multiple apartment through this company. However rules are not followed and that is why a state lawyer had to be brought in. I am on the bridge Fund making $200 a month this is a loan and I am being charged as if it was an income. That means for the past 2 years me and my fiance were over charged $20 every single month! I have done over 3 - 400 hours of research on this entire company. Diana has had multiple people quit on her from April, gene and Dixie who I still talk to this day! My secret weapon for A rainy day. I have seen her take advantage of almost everyone in this program she only has a broker's license and I do not see that she is qualified to do this job. Her employees don't even like her! She treats everyone in the road home program like total crap! There's also a program called mean stream in which this building is mixed with mainstream and rode home clients I do not think that is right because road home people are just getting on their feet and mainstream people all set and they should not be in a building with people like this that are just trying to get on their feet and trying to do the right thing especially since this drug addicts drinking you name it! Nothing has been done and I think that Gina Raimondo needs to step in or some kind of state advocacy somebody from the state or maybe I witnessed team! Either way something needs to be done about this these threats of being evicted the threats just coming in your house when they feel like it the threat of the rules changing nonstop and I am just so fed up with hearing eviction process eviction process eviction process over nothing over nothing but mental health people having their little tantrums because they can't get their way! Think before joining, although there are in this building alone 81 one bedroom available for a guy and there is a two bedroom apartment available that has been available for 3 months now! Makes you wonder if she still collecting the money from the state?

Horrible service they staff our rude they don't care what ur going threw as a mental health patient this place needs to be shut down they are horrible tell u the truth they shouldn't even be in business they refuse to answer questions or even know we're ur payee is at don't go here!!
