I made an appointment for 2:15 I wanna I wasn’t seen till after 3:45 I went to speak to receptionist and the office manager very rudely jumped in the conversation and told me to reschedule. But then they want me to pay them a late fee for not calling to reschedule within 24 hours when because I had an emergency and called 6 hours prior. I wasn’t the only person in the waiting area that was upset about their service I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy

I am a new patient here and am very satisfied. Dr. Kroessler was very kind and concerned and asked all the right questions. His primary concern was me and doing what he can to help. Receptionist was very sweet and had a great personality. I left feeling hopeful and optimistic.

I went to him (Kroessler) for about a year but stopped as I felt like he didn’t want to take any time more than it took to switch up my meds and sending me on my way. I returned 2 years later thinking perhaps I was being sensitive but when I got in his office again this time he mentioned that I had not been there for 2 years so I must have been doing well, which I had not been BUT TRUELY FELT I COULD NOT SAY THAT. When I mentioned I saw someone closer to my house he asked if it was a doctor or a prescribing RN.....does it matter since the only med I was taking was one he prescribed? At that point I felt he did not want to help me since when I asked for an antidepressant to go with the med I was currently on ( like the regime I was on last time I was his patient ) he said “well what do you want? I can prescribe you a truckload of meds but the goal is to not take any meds at all.” I was truly taken aback and replied “I don’t know what I should take, I’m here because YOU are the med specialist.” He finally prescribed something and said how about he see me in 6 months, SIX MONTHS! He made me come monthly when he prescribed me a new med. I felt as though I was being punished for trying another doctor.

I never made it for an apt. I called the Johnston office trying to remain composed but am quite desparate and the intake person was absolutely rude, curt and just should not be at that job. All set.

I have been seeing Michael Scapachi for almost 4 yrs now. This is the longest I've ever stayed with someone. He has gained my trust (which is very hard) he is very intelligent, knowladgeble, informative, ect. (Not your average pen/paper/computer note taker kind of guy) I go see him just for a chance to have an intellectual coversation sometimes. I would recommend him to anyone, especially to those who really need to be grounded.
