I cannot get over how rude one particular woman acted when I called this office. I started the conversation to find if the office was in proximity to my son's school. Mid- sentence, she hung up on me! I called back and I said we must've been disconnected. Complete silence on the line. I say, "Hello?". She replied with, "I did not hang up on you, what can I help you with?" NASTY. Nasty and rude. The worst part is when you're dealing with mental health issues, you're upset and need help for a loved one and you're treated horribly is not what anyone needs at a time like this. I was very excited to speak to the staff in regard to an appointment with Dr. Foster. Many caregivers know how difficult it is to find a provider that will work well with your child. I can just cry. How condescending and rude. The office manager or doctor should have the staff take a class on customer service. What an upsetting day.
