We had to take a child to this place for a check up, so it wasn't the first time the child had been seen by the doctor. Yet, somehow, it had taken the office 1 hour and 15 minutes to confirm the insurance! As of this writing, my wife is still waiting after 1 hour 40 minutes after the appointment was to be started. I'm not sure of the quality of service the doctor provides, but their process of confirming insurance needs a serious overhaul.

Dr. Lisa Matson is so wonderful! She's a great doctor and has been the best doctor I have ever seen. Although the staff are rude and unprofessional i left several messages with her nurse and she never received a single message of mine about needing medicine after being in the hospital. The doctors are great but you all need to new staff and nurses!!!

I've been going here for around 6 months. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I called today to confirm my appointment time and was told I didn't have one but I had missed two previously scheduled appointments that I didn't make. I expressed that the medication I'm on makes me feel weird, so the increased the dosage. I have never been seen by an actual doctor, it is always a physician assistant and I've begged to be seen by the doctor but they're never available. I am changing clinics today.

All the reviews are accurate. Unprofessional staff, complete lack of management, little to no contact, and insane wait times because they clearly have no sense of following any sort of schedule.

The first time I got in last year was difficult and they gave me the runaround. It took forever to get my first appointment, then that had to be rescheduled for a month later, with a different doctor! Then that doctor wouldn't listen to the problems my medicine was causing me and the fact that I needed to get off of it, and instead increased the dosage! A month later I had to call and reschedule my next appointment and never got an answer on the phone, as it's just an automated system where you leave a message asking them to call you back to schedule the appointment, which they never did. So after another month I decided to take myself off of the medicine and let one of my other Dr's handle my med. Now, 6 months later, I get a random call from an unknown number reminding me of an appointment I didn't schedule, with a Dr I don't see. I Googled the number given in the voice mail and find out that it's this place! I certainly did not schedule an appointment with them for March, especially when I only went there once around last August or September, and never even got a call back with an appointment date! I was trying to get my appointment scheduled for a date in October. Sorry, you can't do that! I can't wait 6 months for my meds! I've moved on! (Reminds me of a desperate ex boyfriend who comes crawling back in the middle of the night 6 months later when they're lonely and can't find anybody else. Sorry, I'm not desperate. I can find better. Lol.

This place should not be in business. Its impossible to get your meds refilled. It took weeks, yes weeks to get my daughters depression and mood stabilizer refilled. They don't care about thier patients. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I care for a person with a very serious and challenging psychiatric condition(s). The Holloway Group, like any group of humans, has not been perfect. However, they HAVE tried to accommodate us as much as possible. My charge and I were seeing a PA for more than a year. When she moved on, we saw another PA for about a year. Both PA s were professional, compassionate, and thorough. Due to the severe nature of my "patient", and the complexity of medications/side effects, we recently switched in the group, to a Dr. . Dr. Matson (sic?) is proving to be very flexible and sympathetic to our needs. Again, everything is not perfect, but I can say with all honesty and with my decades of experience dealing with health professionals, the people that work at the Holloway Group try very hard to work with us and make life livable!!!!

Office staff does not return phone calls. When calling for medical records vm does not state fax number. Very difficult to hep pt's if nobody answers the hone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Drove 45 mins one way to make it on time for my appointment, to wait for 2 hours with out being seen- this group is heartless, callous and reckless, the lady at the front desk was unfeeling and horrible, cruel to the worst degree. Don't trust your families or your own mental health to these people.

scheduled a new patient appointment they set it three months out, our appointment was at 10 am it's almost 1145 and we still have not been seen, staff at desk are very rude, most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Don't waste your time or money here. Find a place that actually cares about your well being.waited 3 hours , got guilt tripped by " doctor " for not setting my appointment sooner, like I could , very dissatisfied with this place. just ridiculous. shame on yall.

I'm a practice administrator in the healthcare industry and I'm extremely surprised of my recent encounter with trying to obtain an appointment. Although my physician didn't refer me specifically here.... I chose it due to the doctor being on my insurance plan. I find it disgraceful to say your a "medication management" facility yet you do not return your patient's call to reschedule appointments so they may not have to go without any of their meds for any period of time to preserve the integrity of the treatment they are receiving by this group. I had to cancel an appointment.....ofcourse I had to leave it on the voice mail system and asked to be rescheduled. I did the usual... left my name and number however never received a return call. We get caught up the daily grind of life so a few weeks later...as I get closer to running out of my medication I call and leave another message. Again... no return call. One week after that.... I call again.... and am quickly sent thru their automated system. I thought to myself....there has to be a way of getting a "real" person on the phone and I figured it out. I got a "real" person finally. As I tried to explain the above and that I was close to being out of my medication and would like to get in as soon as I could she quickly spoke to me in such a demeaning manner that I was truly embarrassed for her. She said....Amber, you missed your last appointment so that's not our fault you have run out of your meds. REALLY!!!!! Am I hearing her right? I leave messages to reappoint and never hear back and it's not your fault. I can see maybe missing one message but several to reappoint. When I explained to her that I had left messages on their automated voicemail she said exactly this..."I don't know how to access that part of the system" OMG! and your working in a medication management facility and telling me it's not your fault that I am almost out of meds. I came a little undone. I have made an appointment to see another doc as the one I was seeing is no longer with the Holloway Group. Unfortunately they were uncaring to my request to get in asap and I have been without my meds a few weeks. I will repost my next experience and hope this individual that handled my call was just a isolated incident.

Front desk staff is often rude and unprofessional. They see lots of adolescents but the waiting area is far from kid friendly. My average wait time to be seen is 1 hr but I actually waited for 2 hours one day without anyone even acknowledging how long I had been waiting. I finally addressed the issue and after waiting another 15 minutes they got us back with a different person from whom we had not been scheduled to see. The only time I use their services is when I can't find anyone in a 30 mile radius who can prescribed meds for my therapeutic foster children when they enter my home. They've seen 3 of my kiddos over the years and I absolutely despise visiting their office. When possible I schedule appointments for when their DHS worker can take them because that how much I hate visiting this office.

Worst experience with a “medical professional” I’ve ever had. This doctor prescribes my 10 year old son ablilfy for the past 5 months and have always got the prescription no problem. This time they tell my pharmacy on a Friday at 2pm that they will not fill it because he needs an appointment. This is the first I have been made aware of this so they are basically making my son go cold turkey off of a medication that can have serious side effects. I call to speak to a nurse, no answer. Tried the appointment line, no answer. Finally get through on the appointment line and speak to Jamie and she is not a totally hag to say the least. No help just blames me for not making an appointment I didn’t know I needed to make. No solution but to make an appointment for a month out which obviously does no good right now and I will probably have to end up taking him to an emergency room because of withdrawals. Do not trust these quacks!

must agree with most of these reviews .. went there once with my appointment slip in hand and they told me it was a mistake for me to come in. It was written on the appointment slip the date and time to come in. My pa was not in she was on vacation. Wasted trip i live in 'Choctaw Ok. long drive for nothing.. No apologies no noting.. They would not admit that they made the mistake. I was blamed..

This is one of the worst places to go, Dr. humiliated me in front of my son, and he had a beautiful intern he was trying to impress, he told me he is an advocate for fathers and spouses always throws false accusations to each other. In my situation is different I believe if a child tells their mother about an abuse that happen regarding his father action. Actions needs to be done to protect the child. In his opinion he still thinks the father has rights even though the father abuses his children

Wait time is horrible and the doctor will not listen to the problems I'm having with my 7 year old son. His behavior has gotten worse since they put him on new medication and I can't get the doctor to understand that. Even with notes from his teacher.

I've been trying for a week to get Frank Buerger to fill out a prior authorization form. I left two messages for the office manager and didn't receive a response. His nurse doesn't know what's going on. And it's not possible to leave Mr. Buerger a message. Don't even bother with this uncaring, unresponsive practice.

I was nervous at first after reading reviews on Google. But after getting their experience none of the rudeness or unprofessionalism that I have read on other reviews. The girl at the front desk was more than polite, and Dr. Matson is simply amazing, insightful, and understanding.

If I could I would give them negative marks. The front office is rude and the wait time to get seen for a med refill is always over 2 hrs long from appt time. No matter what time of day you schedule your appt.

Existing patient that had 1:30 appointment, it's now 3:00 and still waiting. Needed paperwork filled out in time to give info to school and after waiting two weeks was told they did not have papers, sent them another copy and waited two more weeks and still have not completed it or sent as needed & requested now over a month ago.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. They do NOT care about their patients. No one ever answers the phone. They let patients go DAYS without their medication. HORRIBLE bedside manner. The doctors and PA's are nasty to their patients and are verbally abusive. They throw the prescription paper at their patients. The only good doctor was Dr. Lisa Matson and she had the good sense to leave this horrific place. Dr. Holloway needs to clean house and hire a WHOLE NEW staff.

I have been coming here for at least 10 years. The employees are all really nice and helpful, and my Doctor is amazing and she is so caring. They have always helped me. I have seen a lot of reviews about the phone, and that no one calls back, but I haven't had any issues with that, it is Automated, but if you press the right button, you can get a person almost every time, it also depends on the time of day, if I need to talk to a person, I always press the number that says to schedule an appointment, and if no answer I call back in a little bit, but I always get an answer. Also they have a way to reach them online, on there website. And they have had a lot of changes in there office, that I have noticed, with the staff that is, but they seem to have gotten it all taken care of. I didn't like the first doctor that they switched me to, because they took way to long, so I asked to see a different doctor, and I absolutely love her. Everyone is different, so I'm glad I had a different choice. But as far as the staff, they have always treated me nice and professional. And I like that the new staff, remember me, and most of the regular patients. I think it is like with everyone, if you treat them with respect, they will treat you with respect (99% of the time). There are that 1% out there. But I have only seen them be nice and professional with there patients.

Dr. Lisa Matson is amazing she has saved my life she listens she's down-to-earth and she is a great doctor yes sometimes it the waiting takes longer than most doctors offices but that's because it's a psychiatrist and some and there's no telling how long a visit will have to take I highly recommend dr. Lisa Matson and I'm so happy with her services I'm willing to wait an hour for a visit with a great doctor that would change my life and have no problem with it
