Dr. Molina, now that I know you are reading this here is why I left a single star:
I am new to OKC and moved from Dallas. I was looking for a new practice. I called about a dozen of them and your practice was one. The reason I called so many because they either only treated woman, or didn't accepted new patient or they were far from where I was. However, none had been rude and unprofessional on the phone except yours. I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone that day but the name of the practice stuck on my mind. Unfortunately, she was representing your practice. From the very beginning of the conversation she was in a rush and wasn’t really listening what I was saying. Offered me a single opening and she was not happy when I asked if there was any other opening available. She made it sound as "take it or leave it". As a business owner I think you should know these because everyone who works for you is representing you. I might not have seen you ever but that kind of demeanor is very unprofessional and unaccepted.
I will be more than happy to remove this review upon your acknowledgement of this response. So I know you are aware of what happened.
Lastly, I was told that there is also $100 required deposit before I could book an appointment even after I told that I have an insurance. This is something I have never heard anywhere else. It is your business and you can run it however you'd like. The deposit is not why I left a negative review but I wanted to let you know how odd it sounded to me.
