EDIT JUL 25TH 2019: HAD MY APT ABOUT A WEEK AGO. PHARMACY CALLED ME AND SAID THEY COULDN'T FILL MY RX BECAUSE OF A MISSING DEA NUMBER. THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING RIVUS FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING AS WELL TO GET IT SORTED OUT. I HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES AND STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING BACK. IM GOING TO RUN OUT OF MY MEDICINE THIS WEEKEND AND WITHDRAWAL BECAUSE THE PHARMACY WONT FILL MY RX. I CALLED YESTERDAY AT 2 PM AND GOT A MESSAGE SSYING TJEY WERE CLOSED AND TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I DID STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK. ALSO CALLED TODAY LEFT MESSAGE AND NO REPLY. JUST CALLED AT 3PM AND IT SAYS THEY ARE CLOSED AGAIN Dr Peyton is an amazing guy. I have been going here for 5 years since they were at the old location on nw expressway. I moved to Tulsa a year ago but still make the drive to okc because the people here are great. I wish Dr Peyton was still my Dr but he mostly does the research side of things now. I was seeing Dr Kent smally until he left. I cant remember her name but it's mrs Dr Peyton I see now and she is very nice and seems to care about her paitents. Yes there seems to be a high turnover of staff but it's never effected my treatment.

I was transferred from doctor to doctor to doctor, always had to call multiple times to get a prescription refill because no one would answer the phone, and the prescription/insurance extension people were oddly never at work or available to talk. The staff turnover seems very high, as someone new is always working the front desk every time I went. A very inefficient office. If you want consistent care and standard availability, this is not the place for you. Albeit, the doctors I did have were nice and seemed to care.

They pushed my appointment up an hour early. We arrive 15 earlier, now I'm here going on 30 minutes past appointment time. Person before us barely went in so I'll be here for an 1 hour and 15 minutes at least. So pretty much past original appointment time. Update. Waited all that time for a 5 minute conversation and new appointment 2 weeks from now... therapy supposed to be so aggravating?
