My niece had to be here and her mother scheduled a visit for my Mom (her Grandmother), my Dad (her Grandfather), my Nephew (her younger brother) and myself (her Uncle). The people running this place are so disorganized they had all of us listed as other people. Did not get to see my niece and Im beyond upset. Will be registering a complaint with the state.

The passion that this organization has for helping those with a mental illness is nothing like I've ever witnessed. It's absolutely amazing to see how many programs and locations that one organization can have and to make such an impact on so many individuals' lives. Would highly recommend.

This place was a joke. Was suffering from a severe psychotic agitated depression episode. I was paranoid, afraid, extremely sad, anxious and had the beginning signs of psycosis. Social isolation, couldn't leave the house because i couldnt take the noise and things appeared dream like. But guess what? This place said i wasnt SICK ENOUGH!! They told me i was bipolar and on the schitzophenic spectrum and i probably would benefit the most from couciling, and referred me to a couciling service that could not diagnose or treat my mental illness. You guys are joking right? When is it serious enough? When it's too late probably. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves

2 stars for me because they do not offer one on one therapy. You see this guy and tell him your Previous diagnosises and he looks up your drug from a computer after asking what your day to day life Feels like. Then the next time....he asks if the drug is working or not working. If you say not working, he will simply Up the dose of the non working medication at Least 2 times (keep in mind you see this man for less than 15 minutes a Month) Bottom line is, I felt like a guinea pig...(let's see if This works!) Lithium poisoning after 6 days stopped me from coming back.

Our child was here and Red rock told us lies about how long our child was going to be here . Red rock told us that our child could be here for 7 days and if our child needed more help that it would be longer . That was a lie . They shipped our child over to another Behavioral Health Service company and said we would not have a choice about it to bring our child home . We would also call Red rock to try to find out about our childs warefare and our calls went unanswered . Don't take your child here you may not get them back .

So far so good. All the ladies i've spoken to from the receptionists to the therapists have been so nice. I will soon have a appointment to finally see a doctor in a couple weeks and continue on my journey to being happy and healthy! Highly recommended if you need help!

I give Red Rock 5 stars because I honestly don’t know where my daughter and myself would be mentally and emotionally today if they hadn’t of sent us in there my opinion the best and the most important this gentleman’ did wonders for us and both my daughter and I love him to pieces. Went inpatient here in 2019. Worst experience of my life. Ive been inpatient here and integris spencer and this was the most disgustingly vile and useless place. All of the staff had no interest in helping the kids. All the "group therapy" was filling out worksheets. There were occasions where the staff would send us to bed early for being too loud when they didnt want to deal with us and not do group therapy, even though they would be loudly ranting about their TAX RETURNS at 2 am. They sent a girl I knew there back to her abusive father after telling as many people that she could that he threatened to kill her and no one even tried to help. The therapists would put words in my mouth and tell everybody the same advice that didnt exactly apply to everyone. One of the white staff members called a 15 year old kid the N word and all they could say to me about that was that "the kid was saying it too". The doctor came in for half an hour everyday and talked to the kids as fast as she could and get out as fast as she could. She sent kids home in horrible condition and made assumptions out of nothing. I'm disgusted by this place and anyone in a depressed state of mind would 100% get worse from going here.

I was inpatient at the beginning of 2019 and the service that I received was horrendous and truly disgusting. A grown white man called a young also white man "N***er" and justified it by saying "He said it first". Another staff member talked disrespectfully about a patient calling them "a brat" and "a pain in the a**" behind their back. I just happened to hear it. They would also speak loudly about their tax returns at 2 am, disturbing the peace. I told several staff members that my father was threatening to hurt me and i felt unsafe going home and they forced me to go home telling me that me and him just had "communication issues". The doctors do not spend more than 5 minutes with you and they do not care about your issues. My roommate was there for 5 days before she saw a therapist. A lot of the staff members are bullies and i saw them treat the other patients poorly. Please don't send your children here if you want them to receive proper treatment. Being there made me more suicidal than i was before i got there

Came here in 2009 when I was pregnant with my son and tried to commit suicide I was sent here by my mom honestly I can say this place was ok I was treated a little differently seeing that I was pregnant I got extra food don’t like the fact we couldn’t go outside kinda felt like I was in a group home or juvenile but it was ok got to talk to the doctor and go home I was happy great place tho overall it helped me

Shame on me I should have read the reviews first this place is ridiculous I called them and told them that I am bipolar depressed anxiety PTSD among many other things and I was seeking help cuz I was off medication and due to my move I didn't have an income yet all I received was child support and I don't have air condition of that cuz it hasn't come in the mail yet I was told that it wouldn't be an issue if I couldn't provide it they would still help me. They're turned in the paperwork was nothing but rude ignored a couple patients before me when he was trying to make a payment horrible they should be shut down

This place is terrible. You need an appointment just to be able to get an intake appointment and getting in is impossible. My daughter went for the "pre-intake" appointment and was told she could get in to see intake the next morning at 8:00. She got there at 8:15 and was told there were no more intake appointments available. They don't care one bit for people. I took her to a general practitioner who saw her for 5 minutes and knew she needed to be admitted for her safety. There are supposed to be a behavioral center but they didn't see that???? If I had not gotten involved, she would be in a very bad place. You need to hire employees who can see an emergency and get it taken care of instead of telling them to return the next day when it will be too late.

This is one of the very few places that advertise free help, we never turn anyone away and/or on a sliding pay scale with no income...but, in reality, they have all kinds of hidden criteria to meet. If you're married, you all the sudden have income weather your jobless or not. Then, if you have insurance, which i thought was a good thing, apparently regardless if you have ZERO income or not, you will be turned away if you can't pay for a deductible. If i had $200 plus another $15-25 everytime i needed to see someone, i wouldn't have come here. False advertising and very discouraging. You finally try to go get help and your given a letter that says, in highlighted text, "If the client is unable to pay his/her patiemt responsibility, please refer the client to another provider." Wow!

Possible Medicare fraud Changes policy when they feel like it depending on individual. I tried to file a grievance but they are saying I cantas I already did. NO I DID NOT. I called to inquiry about options but nevet made a grievance yet they removed me from my therapist of 7 yrs due a an inquiry phone call. They are hiding something. ???? But Attorney General and Okla Dept of Mental Health has been notified and this reported abd grievances filed with tbose agencies.

I was a patient here last year. The staff treated us very badly, the were not very considerate and thoughtful to us at all. Not to mention the horrible therapist. Would never want to recommend this place to someone.
