Wow, reading the other reviews, I am blown away. I've been going to PCOP for nearly 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Granted I visit just 2-3 times per year so maybe I'm getting the good days. The doc I visit has always treated me respectfully, eg, once I said I was uncomfortable with a subject he asked me about, and he never mentioned it again. I felt like he was more of a family friend than a physician. I always felt comfortable speaking with him. That being said, I cannot speak for any of the other physicians because I never visited them. I've never had a problem with the office ladies. I know everyone has bad days, but my appointments, insurance issues, etc, have always been handled well. I would definitely recommend PCOP.
