3 Star.... The Doctors inside the clinic are VERY Educated... More people friendly with their patients and will explain The Diagnosis. Other Psychiatrist don't really speak to the patient at ALL...

Dr. Thomas is a wonderful doctor but the offices are chaotic. There have been plenty of times I've tried for days or weeks to call but no one answers the phone. They definitely need more organization and employees. Also the waiting room is always a smelly mess.

The front office is one of the worst staffing I have ever encountered!!!! They will steal from your and your insurance if your not very careful. Hung up on me several times. I wait at least 1 1/2 2 1/2 hours for every appointment.

Had an appointment on a Friday at 3:30 left school early to get there, took me 40 minutes. Then when I arrived they said they rescheduled me for Monday instead, but they never told me they rescheduled me. Waste of my time and gas to go over there. Unprofessional. The receptionist was very nice though seemed over worked. Said one receptionist quit that day, was more than likely her who scheduled and rescheduled me. Regardless I won’t be back.

I waited for over five hours to be seen with an appointment. The girl at the front desk was very kind, but not professional. The doctor spent about 5 mins with me, (generous estimate) gave me a script, and sent me on my way. There was no discussion on possible side effects, things to watch for or what to do if things got worse. I came because I know that ADHD medications requires a gentle touch and a working relationship with your professional to get it right. It also requires someone who understands that ADHD looks differently in adults than it does in children. He may have that knowledge, but it was not shown to me.

Quick new patient appointment. My 2nd visit they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment(My fault). Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great rates for cash customers. I solved a 30 year issue with a visit with Dr Shah.

Dr. Al Khouri is very knowledgeable, professional, & compassionate. The building is old, the waiting area is fairly clean, it appears much of the clients make-up a diverse crowd, l'm sure the majority are low-income, disabled, or are without insurance. The front desk staff were kind, but short of much needed help. The most important thing to remember, is the competency of the Dr; not the place, or people, when your needing care.

Dr.Shah Was super friendly. For how busy it was on a Friday morning, the turn around rate was fantastic. Barbara the front office lady is awesome! She was very informative and helpful, answering any questions i had being a New Patient. Dr.Shah Was awesome. Very humble and intelligent, very informative and was on depth about my psychological well being and listened very intently, better experience than my old psychiatrists office. Glad to have them in my corner!

I was taken off my medication twice cold turkey within 3 months after showing documentation they required. I am now having seizures again from not having my medication. One of my medications was also stolen in November from one of the ladies up front while I was doing a UA when I was asked to leave my purse up front next to them. Go here at your own risk.

The Dr.was very concerned and asked many questions to see what was the problem, I've had some doctors that didn't care to hear anything I had to say.I would highly recommended

I called last week to make an appointment and when they called back we set it up for 1 and was told I would receive a call when she’s back in the office to finish getting information. I got a text confirmation for 12:10 so I showed up at 12. I arrived and the lady at the window didn’t acknowledge me and when I asked if I was at the correct place she said yes and didn’t move. Then someone walked out and she told them to check me in. No give me one moment or anything. I was given paper work and while I was filling it out I heard people say that they have been waiting for over an hour. When finished my paper work o asked about how long it would take and she said “you’re going to me the last patient since you were here late.” When I told her that I was never told that she responded everyone was. I tried to calmly explain the information and how everything happened she said if you are going to argue then leave. The daughter heard me and conformed that she forgot to call me back and to tell me to arrive early. And the mom said I don’t care you were late. Very unprofessional and I ended up leaving without seeing a doctor

Don't go here unless you have no other option. The receptionists are lazy and surly, and the doctor usually arrives at least an hour and a half late, often ending up keeping appointments 3-7 hours behind schedule.

Expect to wait a very very long time, as in several hours past appointment time. But by golly don't be 15 minutes late. Complete and utter joke of a clinic.

The Doctor is great and Barbara and Brandy are sweet. There's another receptionist who has no business assisting patients. She's rude, and clearly not educated or empathetic. I've had to correct her tone on multiple occasions; however, she's rude to everyone.

The wait in the loud chaotic mess they call a waiting room is usually quite long & the girls at the counter seem unprofessional and overworked, though usually very nice, & even though I have two numbers for them no one ever answers the damn phone ... It's enough to drive a sane person crazy, let alone those who've been driven there already and got the lousy t-shirt. But Dr. Al-Khouri is a good doctor and has taken care of me for years which is the reason I keep going there. But I would not recommend using their Pharmacy, they once gave me a 30 day supply with refills and when I called to refill it they insisted they gave me a 3 month supply and would do nothing about it!!!
